I found ERS to be very helpful guiding me on what Scanner I needed to purchase They even tested our products to make sure everything would work before we committed to placing an order Steve was there to help answer all my questions I would highly recommend them to anyone

FANTASTIC SERVICEAfter being let down by a previous supplier l called ERS at 15 50pm in desperate need for this printer and they delivered it to us the following day and even arrived in the morning Def recomend to use this company and will continue to use them for the toners etc

Exceptionally good customer service I wasn t sure about the description of the item so I sent an email asking for more details Emily Williams responded quickly and in very professional manner She promised to follow up upon receiving a full information from the supplier Without any delay further information arrived as promised Very easy order process extremely quick picking packing and delivery My order arrived on the very next day in the Hub in London and earlier today at my front door Magnificent Absolutely fantastic experience highly recommended and a real pleasure to deal with 5 stars
