DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM Their reviews are FAKE and generated I am out of 385 dollars that they decided to take from me DAYS before CHRISTMAS FOR AN ERROR ON THEIR END I ordered the hair oct 27th and then cancelled the order with one of THEIR representatives Literally the number was through their site and when I went back to look the number was changed and used by someone totally different than the company The messages were GONE I cancelled the order before I even had a tracking number from them I didn t even get a tracking number Randomly I got an email saying the package was delivered why would you all deliver a package I CANCELLED They are scammers and I am literally out of hundreds of dollars days before Christmas They cancelled my dispute and says they delivered it Where They also said someone signed for the package and they DIDNT They sent my order out past the date I even needed them The reason I cancelled the order in the first place is because I read that they do this I will continue to write terrible reviews to get you all shut down

I bought wigs from this company and none of the wigs was what I ordered from the style and colour hair I have send about 3 emails for me to return the wigs and no one has replied to give me the address for my return To me this is either its a scam or very poor service Please avoid dealing with companies like this

Please do not order Save your money As soon as I went in the sun the hair in the back went from being curly to matted I couldn t get the comb or brush through it I contacted the company through WhatsApp and told them the full lace wig was not entirely human hair They disputed me even though I sent pics Wig is no good had to be thrown away

I placed an order on Jan 23rd The only reason that I ordered is because of the website stating that it would ship in 3 days It s been 9 days and when I check the website my order is still showing as awaiting shipment Moreover the contact options are a joke to say the least Save time and distress Order from somewhere else
