I ordered fabric from Ward and Parish

I ordered fabric from Ward and Parish on August 19 2023 The order was processed quickly and I received it August 28 I was able to leave reviews for the two items I bought but have not been able to access that shop again I don t understand why I received good service and the fabric is just beautiful I would like to be able to shop there again but it seems Etsy has suspended their account I was their first customer I hope I won t be their last

Amazing customer service My payment via iDeal didn t went trough so I contacted the Etsy support and got a response immediately Naddie helped me with this and she was really kind She told me they were having some problems with more iDeal transfers and she even gave me a voucher for the inconvenience I appreciate the help I m sad that there are so many negative reviews about Etsy that s because they work with thousands of stores and things can go wrong with those stores That s not Etsy s fault The customer service of Etsy is great I ve ordered 5 times now and didn t have any trouble so far

I have been using etsy for many many years For me one of the best customer services Once my portrait arrived broken and I got it replaced All my other purchases including furniture portraits and home decoration stuff went perfect So being fair etsy is on top of my preferences always

I have purchased two Items from Etsy Sellers recently I have NOT been disappointed with quality of Items nor the speed of delivery Unfortunately one Item ordered from USA went astray in Postal Services I contacted Seller who forwarded me a replacement Item at no extra cost to myself I have no reservations about purchases with Etsy Sellers

I purchased som quite expensive

I purchased som quite expensive wristwatches from an Etsy dealer at a total of roughly 2500 Euro It turned out that the dealer was a hoax who after getting paid sold the same watches over and over again and then shut down his shop After complaining via the ETSY website I recieved a full refund from ETSY com the same day I have never experienced a full blown super duper service like that ever I was convinced that I had lost my money Thumps up for ETSY who gained my full confidence Allan from Denmark
