Dishonest seller product doesn t look like what was described and false advertising about its design phone case Don t buy from them

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM I purchased 3 items all XS they sent me clothing marked M XL and unmarked but huge When I complained they said that their sizes have nothing to with the sizing labels and sent me a size chart the size chart had nothing to do with what they sent me when I pointed that out they said that I could return it to Australia I am in the US and their website says they are in Torrence CA The quality of the items if they did fit is not good and do not look like the pictures Do NOT buy from them

Scam scam scam scam scam scam scam Do not falls into the same mistake I did when I bought from them It s fake website They take your money and you will never see your item Two pair of shoes I purchased from them They send me an email with tracking number saying that I should receive them on Dec 2d every time I check the tracking system I see them back and fourth many times between China USA San Francisco and back China then Facility then ready for delivery then Mainland China on their way to customer etc within a week So this is raised the flag that something was not right and smoky Finally I got an email from them on the November 22d saying that the customer was not available to get his items and the item back to Distributor facility a customer need to contact speedX Delivery Service to get his order But the scammer forgot that tracking number first one is USPS tracking number Bottom line this website is a SCAM Do not buy from them

Bad Quality False Advertisement

Phone Case looked different from the pictures on the website Print was off and bad quality It was advertised with a layered paper effect which wasnt there at all because of the cheap print The return policy is pretty bad because they want you to ship it to Australia which makes it very pricey to return Dont make the same mistake and buy stuff from them

Return policy is horrible Return cost more than shoes

If I could give a negative number on this coming I would Shoe pictures do not represent what is received both in quality and looks They were shipped from a local address to me but when I asked to return the company rep said I had to pay for shipping to Australia which would be more than the shoes Really This is not a good company to purchase goods Don t let the price of the shoes fool you Run but don t run with these shoes on Buy American

0 10 don t recommend False advertising on their phone cases that don t look anything as nice as they advertise and they make you pay for shipping to Australia to send it back for a refund Absolutely not Beware of this company

Deceptive overpriced bad return policy

Similar to other reviewers Phone case was advertised as being 3D layered paper theater style The pictures are beautiful Instead I got a generic case with a cheap-looking color-printed sticker on it Return required me shipping to Australia which cost more than I paid for the thing AVOID

As what others have said it s a dishonest seller website They falsely advertise their product s properties descriptions and sell them at extremely high prices with costly shipping fees Only did I realise I had been scammed when the items came in a packaging with Chinese text on it Did a search on Aliexpress and found the same items at 5 Bought 3 phone cases with shipping for a total of 75 the same items on Aliexpress was 15 with free shipping Worse was I didn t receive 1 of the cases ordered and till now 5 days later there is no response from them
