Second time part coming wrong Ordered year ago parts not fit Ordered month ago they forgot to send after writting email and asking were is parts they send it Parts came after 3 weeks From 3 parts only fit 1 Not sure why they have check parts thing if they dont check them Not recommend waste of time

Just becouse in description was quantity 4 and got one spark plug then and after to pay cosmic price for the rest and shipping Btw they suggested that with quantity 4 becouse they had no bosh spark plugs and don t even marked that they are out of stock

I ordere parts on saturday which I know nothing will happen in relationship to shipping due to it being a weekend I contacted them on Monday with some questions and was told they would be shipped the next day They wasn t shipped the next day and it s now Wednesday today and still no shipping notification Super slow service unreliable customer service I won t be buying from this website again

1 VERY LOW QUALITY of most of the products even of Premium products 2 Bad and slowly work of their Kundeservice - always some misunderstandings 3 Thank s for the Refund 4 When I write about LOW QUALITY I meant not my last Order but most of my Orders since 3-4 years ago As you can see I have many Orders in Eurodel since many years ago And I was always buying Premium quality products But unfortunately your Premium products are definitely not Premium because their life last from 1 to 2 years not more And very often I have to buy change the same details again exactly like now after 2 years because Premium quality is already broken and I can not pass EU kontrol for example In my humble opinion Premium products must live much more than 1-2 years so they will deserve their high price

After 2 weeks of waiting

After 2 weeks of waiting I was sent the wrong parts for my car I even paid an additional fee for checking the order but the parts were not the ones I ordered I was spoken to very rudely and disrespectfully by customer service after which the phone was hung up on me I do not recommend any collaboration with this company there are others that are much better and safer
