Worst experience with this e-commerce

My experience with this e-commerce store is absolutely horrific I ordered a Nike shoe from the store at a discounted price and got a fake Nike Since the price discounted price was low so I was okay with the fake Nike but the problem is they sent me both shoe for Left leg This is a really really unacceptable mistake However I reported the situation to Evaly support and ask them to refund my money with a video shoot of the package and shoe But they denied my request because I didn t record unboxing of the package I have been buying products online forever and I don t remember any such thing as recording a product unboxing for the sake of refund How am I supposed to know if the product is wrong inside And why I have to worry about it sunce Evaly call themself as the best in Bangladesh They think customers and their money is a joke Worst e-commerce company in Bangladesh I don t recommend this fraud company to anyone
