I don t know if this is a legitimate online marketplace The key to a good e-commerce marketplace is communication and fast service evaly com bd do not have any customer service at all they provided one contact number on their website which you cannot reach they do not reply to emails Most importantly you don t know what is going to happen after you order and pay for something on their website

It took me 5 month to receive one my products that i ordered which was supposed to be delivered within a week or 15 days which is still obnoxious as we live in same country even same city Still waiting for some other products which are still not delivered Extremely unprofessional service Horrible experience Would not recommend
