Very dubious Company
Very dubious Company It took 9 days to receive the LUMO with a huge customs bill We refused it at the door and it was returned to the Uk depot I started talking to a Veronica M the rep who first told me the cost of returns to be deducted from the refund would be 157 so I asked for proof Then so said the shipping fees would be 57 It took her weeks to finally authorise DHL to return the item after a lot of my pushing Six weeks later the item was delivered on 12th July I emailed on 28th July asking why I wasn t refunded She said they hadn t received it I filed a dispute against the company for a refund They didn t respond The funny thing is said they had refunded but the case had stopped the refund She asked me to cancel the case several times Then she said it d gone to the Manager and it would take weeks for a refund The reason being is they DO NOT RESPOND TO PAYPAL REGARDING REFUNDS THEY DO NOT WANT YOU TO RETURN THE ITEMS THEY WILL NOT ASSIST YOU IN ANY WAY THEY WILL DO ANYTHING NOT TO REFUND YOU We should not believe the hype its illusion

This device stopped working after using
This device stopped working after using it for a year and nine months and it only comes with a one year warranty I only used the device once per week and took great care of it It had never been dropped nor mishandled For the high price of this device it should have lasted much longer I contacted the company and they were not willing to offer a replacement I m very dissatisfied with the customer service and the quality of this device

Should have been warned
I ordered the Lumo Venus and it said free shipping Fedex has just contacted me to say I need to pay 116 before they can deliver it for the shipment airways bill The company should have warned me about that If I had known that I wouldn t have bought it as it makes it just too expensive I now run the risk of it being lost in customs or pay it then return it for a refund but I will then need to pay the return costs Something to consider before buying

I ve given this company one star
I ve given this company one star because there s no lower rating than this I ve ordered the Lumo and Venus bundle on 15 April 2022 and today is 20 May and I still have not got my order Customer service are saying one thing and then other Not responding to my queries now I m asking them for refund but nobody answers my email The items I ve ordered are really expensive The ads about them are promising But unfortunately the service is bad bad I m still waiting for their response

no refund for returned items
I returned over 300 in products in October 2022 I double checked my refund a few days ago and had received nothing I had even been in contact with the company during the return process Thankfully I was able to screenshot the tracking information stating the item was sent back The company apologized for the delay and refunded me immediately If you purchase and return make sure they refund the money I do not believe I would have been refund had I not followed up

I would give less than one star
I would give less than one star if possible I got my Lumo Evenskin in July 2022 About a week ago the device started turning off by itself during treatment approximately 3-4 mins after using It would not restart unless I charge it for few minutes and start all over Very inconvenient and also with doing this I absolutely have no idea of how many minutes I am using the device on my face-dangerous I contacted their customer service they said that after the warranty expires 12 months after purchase they are not responsible I have been using the device as recommended and cleaning in the same recommended way for 15 months Customer service asked me to buy a new device and they would offer a discount Bottom line I have to spend another 250 to have the device which will likely die after a year This is absurd

Wary of this company at this point
On 7 21 23 I ordered the Eclipse My credit card was charged A month later on 8 22 I received an apologetic email regarding a delay I received the same thing on 9 15 and then again on 10 31 After that I received no more pro-active updates I ve reached out to the company four additional times and received the run-around the devices arrived in the warehouse last week today --we re processing them as we speak I reached out again 12 5 and was told the inventory is being held up with UPS More apologies No reference to my request for a refund after more than four months I ve had positive experiences with this company in the past but something is going on

I used this product for 5 months religiously and it has done nothing for my face like it claims to lift and produce collagen and get rid of fine lines and wrinkles Ha what an expensive joke I m hoping to be able to return it but it s doubtful because it s only got a 60 day window This product is terrible and if I could rate it less than one star I would
