Fraud organisation

I tried to book an event tickets with this organisation and they deducted my money twice and i never got any tickets from them and now i have raised an issue to them Its been more than week but still didn t got any response nor refund Stupid event organisation

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE If I could give zero stars I would Not notified of venue until 5 30pm on the day of the event Then was emailed 30 mins prior to the event of a change of venue Received a call from eventbrite Very rude individual quoting small print didn t allow me to speak and extremely poor customer relations experience

Grandstand Seating A Waste of Money

Purchased Grandstand Seats through EVENTBRITE for the 2023 nyc marathon and my girl along with many other paying spectators were forced to stand in line for over a half hour The line literally didn t move for that long because after she had already been in line for 5 minutes she checked my tracking and I was at mile 22 Fast Forward to a half-hour later and she is still in the exact same spot and I m now at mile 25 2 they were understaffed I messaged NYRR and EVENTBRITE multiple times and still no response I want a full refund for the ticket my girl was not allowed to use Thank you

Won t help you even if you re scammed out of your money

They ll let any organizer put a posting of an event on their website and even if the event is a scam will not help you by issuing a refund They will tell you to contact the organizer even if you state the organizer was a scam and therefore unlikely to give a refund There is no way to contact a human and they will pretty much keep your money even if you did not get the benefit of what you paid for

NO customer service or help

I had an awful experience We are a charity and have used them for all our events I will not use them again I will find a new provider I was in a chat with a robot that couldn t resolve my issue or help me with the issue There is no phone numbers or anyone to talk too to help you I had a problem with refunds of tickets that was suppose to be partial but the tickets got refunded completely with a bulk button that didn t give you an option to verify or choose partial refunds and there is no way to help or reverse the action the chat is AI and told me there are no service people or phone numbers to call for help and all of this after they have increased their prices and charge you an arm and a leg I will give my business instead to a place that still cares about the customer and people more than money with no service

Broken App Nonexistent Support

Ticket sales go wrong more than they go right for me This is now the 2nd or 3rd time that I ve purchased tickets only to have them disappear on me with no email confirmation no ticket in my account etc Eventbrite offers absolutely zero support themselves for their broken app placing all responsibility on the organizers of the event who wouldn t be able to do anything about a glitch in Eventbrite s system I will be performing a chargeback even if it was a cheap ticket under 20 It s just a shame that I probably won t be able to go to this event for my buddy s birthday I think it s getting to the point where I simply won t go to an event if I can only buy tickets through Eventbrite Abysmal experiences every single time

FRAUDULENT CANCELED EVENT

FRAUDULENT CANCELED EVENTThe day before the event was to occur it gets canceled I promptly contacted the organizer to get a refund as instructed by Eventbrite THERE WAS NO REFUND OPTION VIA EVENTBRITE even though they CLEARLY STATE A CANCELED EVENT WAS ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS WHAT A SCAM people setting up events stealing money and Eventbrite DOING NOTHING

I will never use Eventbrite again

I will never use Eventbrite again - they took 25 of our sales profit for a very small event Shameful scam of a company with no morals Use Fatsoma or Skiddle for a much fairer price
