I had my first training session today with Elizabeth Extremely easy going and perfectly delivered I felt relaxed and in no way overwhelmed by the two hour exercise Elizabeth was kind warm and extremely reassuring making me feel very comfortable and in no way intimidated by the processes I now feel confident I can deliver the business with a reasonable degree of confidence and in the knowledge that all the support is there if required
