Usually very happy - Today s webchat was very basic and the person who I do NOT want to mention had no real interest desire to assist

Very rude and not help full Louise and recruitment department My application was rejected apparently without going through the application as INCOMPLETE Felt insulted to apply for being an agent Rejected my application several times on the pretext that the form has been changed or the application was not complete When asked which part of the application was not filled in I was told very rudely that page number 3 and when I explained that I was dully filed in I was told to resubmit it with new date on Louise rejected the application again I will never recommend anyone to apply for this company as you will feel yourself dumb like me not to able to fill in a simple form I would not have given a single star for the recruitment department

This company and their subsidiary there is one lady name is summer very rude she should fire as soon as possible

This company and their subsidiary E utilities are basically dishonest fraudsters They somehow faked my signature and entered my business into a two year gas contract without my knowledge or consent They should be in prison

Commission and contract issues payment terms are not adhered to You receive payments broken into monthly residual when these aren t correct you will end up scrapping 2ps together when you are producing 1000 s for these people Do yourself the favour walk awayContracts being placed with other brokers non payments The list goes on peeps so don t waste your time and money Place business elsewhere these people are are receipe for disaster Thanks

i have been working with evolve love energy for a couple of years now there are bigger and maybe slightly better when it come to the portal and speed of payments company s to partner with and i had used them for some time but they lose the personal touch when they get bigger i have found evolve to be hit and miss and if i had to use the portal to process my contract i would have left years ago when i joined but as there has been someone there in corporate to help me out I have found it works for me for the time being I will be honest when Kara told me she was changing departments I started talks again with a different company but Kirsty Jameson contacted me and told me anything I need she is there and she has been up to now an she has been great so a big thank you to her and also a reminder to all company directors its great having the tech and portals but it better having good staff that will fix so look after HER them as they can make or brake a business help and make sure your all up to date I will also say I have noticed issues with payment runs and I have had to chase moneys up a lot money than I have ever had to in my 12 years in this industry i want to spend my time chasing contract and business and don t expect to have to chase for money as this is one of the main reasons I use back offices and don t get direct suppliers agreements reading some of the reviews I don t think some people understand the industry and yes you do get a lot of bad brokers in this indusry and people who are happy to do fraud but i have found that evolve have tried to stomp this out and put restrictions in place to stop this as much as they can and as long as you are genuinely doing legitimate business then you shouldn t have any issues or i haven t and i deal with hundreds and hundreds of contracts per year ranging from 7kw to over a million kw per year
