Low level service
Product is very expensive and not satisfactory in comparison to its competitors Customer service has no telephone service so support can take days and if the solution stops working it can stop all your outgoing email

Was great became aweful
Exclaimer is horrible Received an invoice on the following date Please find attached your Exclaimer Cloud invoice 0000000 dated 16 03 2024 for USD 0 000 00 If you have already registered to pay automatically by Direct Debit or Credit Card this will be noted on the face of the PDF and no further action is required Otherwise we would appreciate payment by the due date 30 03 2024 in line with our Terms Conditions which can be found within our customer portal If you have any problems making payment or questions about these charges please contact us at the return address I attempted to canceled our account around that same time never got a cancelation notice or e-mail At first I sent three e-mails to they re accounts e-mail alias never heard back once I then called multiple times leaving messages for someone to call me back never ever got one call back Reached out to our sales rep and once again never heard back from our rep Because we never heard back from an actual person we called out credit card company and they did a reversal on that charge Finally on May 3rd I received an e-mail message from a person from they re internal collections group saying our invoice was past due I told her that we wanted to cancel our account she said we had to give 30 days notice from the date of the invoice which apparently says that no where on the invoice but it does say that in Exclaimer portal in the T-C s section Like other people that have left comments this company seems pretty shaddy

Multiple request for overpayment to be made back to us
We used Exclaimer since 2019 and it was a perfect product before It seems in 2021 the company was acquired by a Private Equity firm and they decided to mess up the whole product and business 1 It seems they now hide an annual commitment in their Terms of Use without telling you on the check out page which is likely not legal in EU at least 2 If they fail to charge your credit card for whatever reason you re getting spammed by a team member as their new great billing system cannot just try the credit card again 3 If you have multiple send from domain it just doesn t work anymore on Google Workspace 4 They somehow pre-select the more expensive plan when you check out even if you clicked on a cheaper plan on the pricing page for example so if you forget to double check on the checkout page you re then on the wrong plan and because of the great new billing system you cannot change it Then the customer support agent tells you to cancel the account and re-create one and then you get spammed on issue 1

No Customer Service At All
Very poor Customer Service We had issues with a fully-paid up subscription I have called over 6 times only to have my calls drop after 30 minutes of on-hold I have requested a call-back endless times I have emailed them five times with no response at all I even wrote and posted a letter requesting support I have never received any response in over two months Avoid this one

Avoid at all costsScammy written terms and conditions lock you into a renewing 12 month subscription that you cannot terminate until the end of the next 12 month period We never managed to get it fully operational

Their customer service is so bad I am questioning if the business is legit still
The customer service from this company has degraded beyond pale in the last 6 months to a year I am an IT systems engineer working for a medium size enterprise who had 600 exclaimer users for years until we ve in the last year decided to want to expand our user count to 2k since our business grew You d think exclaimer would be happy to be paid potentially more than double for the product they are selling right Except no They ve ignored all attempts to contact them via email phone ticket or otherwise repeatedly and persistently for half a year if not longer Eventually because we didn t to continue paying the bill because it was only covering 1 3rd of our users until they gave us a quote for the 2k users they cut off our service We attempted to reach out to them well in advance of our bill being due They just ignored it 100 and the only time they would reply would be to harass us over the payment and they wouldn t engage our desire to want to expand our user count This includes all requests from our executive leadership I ve never heard of a company refusing to respond to sales request for more business without any contact at all It s been so bad I question if this company is a legit business still The product was good and worked well without issues so it is still preferred that we can increase the user count but they are making it impossible to do even that

Unresponsive sales department make it impossible to renew Will be avoiding them unless we get a response in next 24 hours They are losing money as a result What makes this more remarkable is that we are resellers
