Scam Never recieved a product key

Purchased the MSG converter and never received a product key Support doesn t answer emails Chat shows no agents available

Will not support their application which does not work

First they send me an acknowledgement of the payment but not the activation code Finally got someone to send me that when it should have been sent without my asking Then I found that their OLM converter application did not work and they will not supply any support at all I tried emailing support many times - never got a response I tried the online chat They came on and said can I help you but then never responded any further After 20 Minutes they came back and said You are in the business queue I asked what that meant 10 minutes later they said Support will send you an email How is support supposed to email me with a solution if the chat never asked me to describe my problem It has now been 2 weeks No one ever got back to my support requests And the OLM converter still does not work
