For the 3rd Time- DID NOT SHOW UP- Still Wants Payment
For the 3rd Time My ride has NOT SHOWN UP to take me to the Airport I use this service every weekend this year flying home then flying back out So this last time i had a 2 week trip to California so as i wait for them to arrive and call they say they re sending someone i wait I wait i call the driver and he says he s coming in 2 hours what wrong again So i now have to jump in my car and drive like hell to the airport running to my flight i have to park at the airport for 2 weeks then i have to drive the long drive home after being on a plane and airports for 13 hours after working Their idea is to pay me for the parking - MINUS the ExecuCar Fee But you didn t show up you didn t drive me anywhere why should i pay for a service i did not recieve I didn t want to park or drive or leave my car in a parking deck for 2 weeks My parking should be returned 100 and i should not have to pay for a service YOU DID NOT PROVIDE and guess what Hung T Customer Care Case Manager - I will not be IF you can t be present to pick people up then you re not doing you re business or your customer s right So keep your 68 00 and i ll keep the 160 i ve been paying you every weekend you do the math

Driver didn t show up
We booked a car to pick us up from Los Angeles airport on 19th Jun The driver didn t show up and I had to hire taxi I created a case and asked for refund but I never got any reply

I am very unhappy with the service this
I am very unhappy with the service this morning The driver did show up 20 minutes early However I was not ready yet so I came out to meet the driver right at 520 when the reservation time was set Instead of greeting me or offering to take my bags he just sat at the driver seat and opened the trunk I placed my own bags in the trunk and got in the car behind the driver The driver still didn t greet me or say a word The car was dirty and had trash in the back seat I ve attached a picture Then the driver burped every few minutes and had some foul smelling odor due to this I got the most of the odor as I sat behind the driver The driver also sped over the speed limit He also missed the exit toward Dulles toll road He missed it and then proceeded to drive on the shoulder I arrived at the airport later than I expected I ve taken Exexucar several times But this was an atrocious experience and I will never use this service again unless I am compensated

Terrible Service
I paid for a meet and greet at the baggage claim No driver to be found He was 45 minutes late We were picked up outside Called the dispatcher and he said it was due to traffic Really Traffic in NYC The driver said it wasn t traffic It was because the original driver canceled This is the by far the worst car service I have experienced I paid for a service that I did not receive Very frustrating to say the least

I booked 2 months in advance
I booked 2 months in advance When I found out plane delayed I called them to notify They told me not to worry The driver checked the flight When we landed at lax no driver Called I was on hold for 20 minutes Dispatcher asked my name put me on hold another 10 minutes Then gentleman said our plane was ontime driver took another lift He was wrong knew it Here are 2 70 year old ladies at lax 8 00 pm no umber or lift app Which is needed for a ride Did they care NO I wished I would of looked at reviews Im out 90 Dollars They will not contact me about refund

We booked our car 2 weeks out
We booked our car 2 weeks out before our trip Got picked up to go to the airport but then when we got back we were told our car was CANCELLED Cancelled On Christmas Eve At Los Angeles Airport The lady who initially answered was rude didn t seem to give a sh at all Told me you canceled it I did NOT cancel my ride that would take me to my house an hour and a half-3 hours away depending on traffic I will admit I called her aProfanity I am so unbelievably mad It wasn t right of meTo do that but this company left two people stranded at LAX with ZERO notice on Christmas Eve I called back immediately the lady hung up on my husband and said she didn t appreciate being cursed at Kept calling Call was hung up on twice before I finally was sent to the overall reservation department This woman was much friendlier SheEnded up telling the EXECUCAR CANCELLED OUR CAR BECAUSE THEY DIDN T HAVE ENOUGH CARS YESTERDAY YESTERDAY I did NOT get any sort of notification about this cancelation NOTHING Thank God for Uber

Driver never turned up
I booked a car to take me and my family from our hotel in Manhattan to JFK Pick up was 5 35am They phoned me the day before to confirm everything was in order On the day we were travelling the driver never turned up No phone calls or messages about being late nothing We were left standing in the street I finally got through to a dispatcher who said they would put me through to a driver but instead they hung up In the end we have to try and find a taxi otherwise we would have missed our flight They said they would give me a refund but never did DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

What is the point of calling ahead of time to confirm arrangements for your next days travel pick you are told everything is fine But at 4am in another country your phone dings from an email saying rate your driver WHAT So I called and dispatch will give the line there s nothing we can do we just schedule so I call the local office in kc and she says you have to talk to dispatch ANGRY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT RIGHT NOW SO NOW WE WILL HAVE NO RIDE AND THEY GOT PAID PLUS A 50 TIP DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY KANSAS CITY

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GANGSTERS
We booked a transfer on August 5 to go to JFK with 5 people 4 suitcases and 2 duffle bags The car which was sent to us could only sit 4 and could not hold the bags We could not reach anybody as their office was still closed and the driver had no solution to offer Since we had paid in advance we had to call for a Uber and go with the 2 cars to the airport We called the Execucar company several times to get a refund and left several messages but were never called back We unfortunately didn t look at the reviews before booking Most of the reviews are very bad and they seem to make their business in ripping off customers Just avoid these gangsters who hopefully will go bankrupt at some point Uber to the airport is more reliable and less expensive
