Amazing customer service I was blown away

I have placed two orders with this company over the span of three years and in both cases I was quite happy with the products I received and the prices I paid however what really made me want to write this review was the quality of the customer service A wallet I purchased in 2011 developed a hole after about five months of use and when I contacted customer service they dispatched a replacement very quickly without giving me any hassle whatsoever and in a very courteous manner I used the replacement daily for nearly three years without any issues and it is still in excellent condition to this day although I have stopped using it In my entire life never before or since has it been a pleasure to replace a defective product but I can honestly say that it was a pleasure to do so with ExecutiveGiftShoppe
