Disgusting app downloaded this app for a joke one weekend they have now taken out hundreds of pounds out of my account stay away Im in the process of reporting you to trading standards

Absolute garbage Every time I try it out the app puts a large picture of what I originally looked like over the filtered picture so I can t see it This obviously completely misses the point of using the app in the first place So will now be uninstalling and looking for a better app and it is suggested everyone saves their time and does the same

It locked all the filters so the app is useless on my phone

FaceApp won t let me use any of the free filters because it says it couldn t verify that my phone is certified Now every single filter is locked behind a Pro paywall Convenient for them eh

Very Bad customer services I paid full one year subscription I m not sure how they managed to change my subscription to monthly After collecting 30 They blocked me I wrote to them Even their reply does not make sense And it s going to one month now They still hv not sort it out Very unreliable and dubious site Keep check of your account if u buy a package as they can trick you to buy yearly and change your payment to monthly so they can rob u of 6 solid month and spoil your business Be very careful

Shocking Revelation Paid Subscription with Hidden Usage Limits and Account Suspensions

I made the decision to upgrade to the annual plan in order to avoid the usage limits imposed by the free version of the service However much to my disappointment after paying upfront for the annual plan I discovered that there were still limitations on usage What s worse if you exceed these limits by editing too much your account is suspended albeit temporarily Well it has been two days and counting and there s no sign of reactivation This situation raises serious concerns about the ethical practices of the company They should have been upfront and transparent about the limits on the number of edits allowed in the paid version By doing so customers could have made an informed decision about whether or not to subscribe Instead the company implied that there were no such limits in the paid version enticing customers to subscribe Suspending an account temporarily and blaming it on server busyness and excessive activity is not only poor customer service but also an unethical practice It gives the impression that there are no limits with the paid version which is misleading and deceptive My recommendation to the company is to adopt a more transparent approach Clearly state the number of edits or tokens available per month in the subscription plan This would prevent paying customers from feeling deceived and frustrated Transparency is a quality that customers greatly appreciate and it should be a priority for any reputable vendor Edit Considering the abundance of one-star reviews it is evident that this company holds paying customers in low regard As such it is strongly advised to steer clear of their services to avoid disappointment and frustration

I purchased the premium subscription

I purchased the premium subscription valid for one year I recently changed my mobile going from Android to iPhone and since I have been using the new mobile FaceApp does not allow me to access the premium subscription I purchased It is not acceptable that just because you have changed your mobile you cannot use the subscription you paid for So I wrote customer service and they answered me that it s impossible to restore my purchase in the App Store because App Store and Google Play are different stores with different privacy and price policies So my subscription cannot be transferred to another platform I will report the matter to the appropriate authorities

I have FaceApp Pro

I have FaceApp Pro and have done so for a few years and all was well Suddenly a few days ago the App started to do the face swap differently It used to swap the face and you used the erase brush to edit out the bits you did not want Now suddenly you have to click a button that goes to a separate page to do this and when you go back to see the result you are back to square one it has deleted the changes and gone back to the original So technically it wants you to save the changes before you can see them How they think this is better than it was is beyond me Now today suddenly I get the message I am using an older version and must update to the newer version as its meant to update automatically that s a bit strange It would be helpful if there was a link which says click here to update but no nothing Anyway I try and update but keep getting the message something s gone wrong I go to the play store to download a fresh version to get the message this App is not compatible with your device I have uploaded several APK packs for the latest version from different sources but still get the message you are using an out-dated version I have emailed them but from what I reading on the internet I don t hold out much hope In the brief period I used the new face swap it should be said the quality of the outputted photo is now much less clear than it was before this so called improvement Not satisfied They are going to lose many customers And I of course have lost my money My advice is to avoid paying them until they sort out the problems they clearly have with this new version

Hi there I have used this app during the trial period and can say is it shouldn t exist It is taking advantage of users and stealing their money I am a budding designer and influencer and was looking to find an app that edits without me needing to use photoshop Unfortunately this app increases my work For example when I changed my hair with filter it adds weird half eaten flowers on my clothes to replace the empty place on my sweater which was covered by my long hair initially This app is totally bullsh t and a waste of time money and energy It needs a lot of work and so I have deleted it On top of this they charged me for one full year only after 2 days while the app says that it gives everyone 3 days worth of trial period They are not even processing my refund Thanks Ciao Ho utilizzato questa app durante il periodo di prova e posso dire che non dovrebbe esistere Si approfitta degli utenti e ruba i loro soldi Sono un designer e influencer in erba e stavo cercando un app che modifica senza che io abbia bisogno di usare Photoshop Purtroppo questa app aumenta il mio lavoro Ad esempio quando mi sono cambiato i capelli con il filtro si aggiungono strani fiori mangiati a met sui miei vestiti per sostituire il posto vuoto sul mio maglione che inizialmente era coperto dai miei lunghi capelli Questa app totalmente una cazzata ed una perdita di tempo denaro ed energia Ha bisogno di molto lavoro e quindi l ho cancellato Oltre a ci mi hanno addebitato un anno intero solo dopo 2 giorni mentre l app dice che offre a tutti un periodo di prova di 3 giorni Non stanno nemmeno elaborando il mio rimborso Grazie
