The bands are attractive

Two bands that I have purchased from you have a bent bar that won t allow the band to go on I have bought many bands from you so I was very disappointed in these two

Disappointed with two bands

I m not sure how to accurately rate this due to my return is just in the processing stage I was so excited to get my new bands I had ordered 8 for my Samsung Galaxy and not one fit Each one is too wide to fit in the watch I was so disappointed Then when I went to return I am dinged 5 99 because I want a return instead of a replacement I can t replace with something that will not fit I felt that this was unfair since it is on their end not mine

The quality not what I was expecting

I ordered the band for my husband s watch I verified it was the correct size it is about a millimeter too big I bought me the beaded watch band Within a week it is tarnished and looks horrible I haven t even tried my third band Very disappointed especially with the beaded watch band I would expect some tarnishing but I would expect it to still look new after a week

I ordered 3 bands for my Fitbit - only one band came for my Fitbit and the other two were for Apple watches I just wanted to do an exchange but their exchange procedures were so bad So now I need to send back the wrong items and they ll give me store credit which I ll use to purchase the correct items Don t say you do exchange

I have never received the watch bands Apparently you have the wrong address as I was informed by the USPS that they were sent back to you So I would either like a refund to my card or the order I checked to make sure you had the correct address as you stated your company did I ll repeat it here and perhaps you could make the changes were made 2010 Union Avenue S apt 208 Tacoma Wa 98405 Please respond
