EDIT 10 10 21 3 STAR After contacting the assistance with another email they helped me to recover the account and then to fix the issue OLD 1 STAR They promise to reply within 4 to 8 hours but after a few days I still do not receive an answer I had opened a support ticket for having lost all google auth codes and consequently could not access the account No response from them I think I lost my money on it EDIT I forgot a lot of time ago to edit this review it was a bug of the system All solved thanks to an admin found in the telegram group
