I ordered and received the cross ring and now am also being charged monthly for nothing Now right at Christmas I m going to have to cancel my credit card and get a new one DO NOT TRUST this company

They don t tell you when you buy cross you are signing up for membership at 29 95 a month you have to call customer service and cancel membership I did and was refunded my 29 95

The problem is you buy an item or two from a company called Faythe not Fayth The jewelry was delivered like promised However now I see Fayth is now charging my credit card The original debt was listed as Faythe The automatic debts are coming from a place called Fayth

The pictures of the item and what you actually receive are 2 WAY different things I ordered the star cross pendant and the pictures showed the woman wearing it and it looked to be about 2 long but when I received it it is no bigger than my thumb nail When I clicked on the link to contact customer service NONE of the links work including returns
