This company is no good I ordered three pcs from them that the site said was in stock After placing the order then to find out they don t have the parts Finally got that fixed and they said they were shipping my order We we are 4 days later still hasn t shipped Won t happen again

DON T DO BUSINESS WITH FIX COM
I ordered a Hunter glass globe for a ceiling fan and paid almost 62 for it after shipping costs The globe came with black specks in the glass that looked like dead bugs inside when the ceiling fan s light was turned on The cutout circle part was also cut out very crooked When I tried to get an even exchange the only option was a refund and instructions on how to return the defective globe I sent 3 emails and finally got someone to respond They said Tell us how to install the globe I responded with What the hell Read my damn emails Then customer service said that in order for me to get a replacement I would have to place a new order and abstain from being disrespectful or they would no longer respond to my emails Do not do business with these disgusting people THEY TOTALLY SUCK AND DON T GIVE A DAMN They don t do their job and expect you to be respectful to them Meanwhile they can totally ignore what you are asking or pleading with them to do to take care of the mess they caused you Then they give a lame apology

The part doesn t fit I paid 9 25 shipping for two gaskets that could have been sent in an envelope with a 50 stamp and didn t even get a TRACKING NUMBER

Placed an order Items requested said in stock They charged my credit card immediately 5 weeks later nothing received I cancelled the order and I m still waiting on my refund These guys are a joke Don t waste your time

Part didn t work
The site pointed me to a part that did not work They accepted the return but would not reimburse for shipping either direction I m out 40 and am very frustrated It is nearly impossible to get a response from customer service I WILL NEVER USE FIX COM AGAIN

WISH I WOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS
Ordered wrong part called to return and was told if I ordered the right part from them then they would pay for return shipping and send label Manufacturer had part for cheaper but not in stock Again I called and was told if I purchase the right part from them they would pay return I ordered part then label was sent and it was not prepaid I called again but this time I was told their policy was because I purchased it myself no free return The part was 17 and return shipping is 36 Horrible lying customer service

I would not order from here again
I would not order from here again I had an issue with an overcharged tax rate Rather than accepting what I was saying with regard to how sales tax rules work in Washington they chose to argue with me and repeatedly state their incorrect position After multiple times of contact I had to threaten to dispute the excess amount of tax charge with my credit card for them to fix the issue and even then the customer service rep had the audacity to say they were doing so as a customer service gesture Left a bad taste in my mouth I likely won t order from this site again

Former Employee Review
Is there a way to give less than one star I m a former employee who has been let go after getting an email saying they wanted to hear from me the next day but because I was sick and don t have access to a phone to call the sick line At the end of that same day I was terminated from position as a CSR Trainer was fantastic upper HR management are complete asshats Instead of actually listening to their own email I get terminated Not to mention what they mentioned specifically was stuff not in my control Such as being let off the clock early from trainer I don t recommend working here

Horrible customer service Was forced to seek refund
No communication or updates on my order When I called their customer support number I was told I d receive an update that day but I didn t I was supposed to pick up an item same day but after a week of silence I was forced to request a refund via paypal
