Color and Lenght Problems

The order process was easy and the company provided information about the order from processing to shipping The problem is with the product itself The color is not the same as pictured on the website I ordered an emerald green cardigan and the one I received is a green apple color The cardigan is thinner you can see by the dimensions and I assume the lenght is probably according to each person s height because it s long on the models but only comes to the top of my calves which is disappointing and deceiving It s not totally bad The size is correct Be prepared for off colors and incorrect lenghts

Not Impressed So Far

Ordered a pair of jeans on March 25 not a word since I sent an email with my order number 2023032542261546 to their customer support and have yet to hear back Lesson learned do not buy from unknown online merchants Meanwhile I placed an overseas order with a highly reputable British company that I had to return My return was picked up shipped overseas to merchant and my money refunded within a week That is how it is done

Returning process is a hassle

First experience shopping at Flamingo and it wasn t good I returned a pair of sports leggings that are too short on the leg as well as a pair of leather leggings that were very uncomfortable There clothes are overpriced for the quality you receive They require too much when wanting to return an item and the refund process took way too long It took the company a month to process my refund I then had to wait another 10 days before the money appeared on my bank statement

So I ordered a shirt first with this company received it thought the color was a cranberry when I received it more red It fit pretty good Next thing was an off the shoulder tank top wanted the turquoise more like pastel green not crazy about the color fits ok The next shirt little leopard print looks nothing like the picture And just hideous polyester material Ordered size M and it s like an extra large Horrible Don t think I ll be ordering anything else

I did what another reviewer said and as soon as it came I shook it out really good outside because it had a lot of dust But then I washed it in cold and dried it with one dryer sheet on low and now I took it out of it so soft fluffy and warm it looks so stylish and I always get looks in it makes me feel empowered love the jacket would purchase again

Awful customer service - will not get money back

Jeans are good but if you get them and they don t fit they WILL NOT return your money I returned jeans and now I am out 49 dollars and they have their brand new pants back DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They show you how to return lengthy and really ridiculous - had to take pics AND I had to pay to send them back worst hoop jumping ever I ve also decided to return the two jeans I got from Amazon due to the shady way they do business Buyer beware

Shipping processing took too long and now shipping Ordered within enough time to have item before Christmas and shipping update only says item left origin country

Missing Items and long shipping time

I ordered items on Dec 4th and received part of the order Dec 26 Not a huge deal that I didn t receive prior to Christmas as the shipping was long with no updates along the way After waiting I only received part of my order Trying to speak with someone is frustrating and difficult as there responses seem to be automated I am explaining that I am missing items they respond with how to return I am very disappointed in the customer service while they have yet to say if they are going to make this right with the item or refund my money I had such high hopes I will add that the items I did receive I am pleased with
