Lack of customer service

Do not buy if there is there is a possibility of needing to return an item I have emailed and messaged and sent photos of the item to return as instructed with no response Returns allowed within 7days of receipt of item but when customer service ignores messages sent it appears my item will not be accepted for a return Do not recommend this company at all

The items were cheaply made

The items were cheaply made sizes were very wonky and if you try to return for a refund you have to pay again for your return I do not recommend this site to purchase any clothing items especially dresses

Ok but can t wear

Jeans were made of good material and fit in the waist but were huge in the tummy thighs and legs and the material of the shirt wasn t as it was it was shown I wont wear either

Clothes are made with cheap material

Disappointed The exchange process is not easy and you have to pay your own shipping The smaller pants I received had a double button but the button hole is too small and doesn t unbutton

I placed two orders with two identical

I placed two orders with two identical items of different colors each with Flamingo The material quality of the items are not very good All items were purchased the same size However all items fit differently Two items were too small so I returned them First you have to send a picture of the item s to be returned along with the packing slip with the items circled in order to get approval to return the item within 7 days of receipt Next you have to send pictures of what you are returning the packing slip with the returned items circled and the tracking number The return process has taken 14 calendar days so far I was just notified that it is being processed and can take up to 7 more days I will NOT order any additional items from this company

Terrible returns policy and procedure

Two of the items I purchased were fine However I overestimated on the size of the other two items I have emailed you already with a photo of the circled items on the delivery note with the order No as it states to do for return and refund authorisation on the slip However no reply as of yet Quite disappointed as I had been intending to order other things following this experience but given that returning things is not quite so easy I ll probably give it a miss You absolutely need to address your returns policy and procedure as it s not efficient at all
