got the bag 6 months one of the straps is almost torn i did nothing out of the ordinary with the bag and i did not rough handle it they say no guarantees after 6 months how convenient do not buy from them you can get better on amazon for CHEAPER so far their customer support is crap but im gonna give them another shot to make it right for me

DO NOT ORDER THIS BAG IT COMES FROM CHINA AND TOOK WEEKS FOR IT TO ARRIVE WHICH WAS TOO LATE FOR OUR TRIP WHEN WE RETURNED AND I TRIED TO RETURN IT THEY FIRST SAID IT ONLY COULD BE RETURNED 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY DATE AND ONLY IF IT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT AFTER I SHOWED THEM THEIR 30 DAY GUARANTEE THEY AGREED TO ALLOW ME TO RETURN IT AS LONG AS I TOOK PICTURES OF IT STILL IN THE BAG AND UNUSED WHICH I DID ONLY THEN DID THEY SEND ME THE ADDRESS TO RETURN IT AT MY EXPENSE THE COST TO SEND IT IN A FLAT RATE USPS ENVELOPE WAS 70 00US OBVIOUSLY I AM NOT RETURNING IT WHAT A RIP OFF

Should have checked here before buying After receiving my credit card wallet and opening it I realised I d made a mistake purchasing it The quality is shoddy at best The wallet won t close securely and the inside is made from poor quality plastic

This place is a scam that shouldn t be allowed to stay open My husband ordered from them they sent an email without a tracking number and never responded to our emails on tracking or refunds nor do they have a phone number to call on their site F ing scam

The website social media - Facebook advert was completely misleading on the quality of the wallet I purchased should have known better than to trust Facebook anyway Very poor quality product which at best is worth half what I paid To their credit Flew Moves offered a refund if I returned it but postage was AUD 21 90 so I decided to bin the item No guarantee I would see a refund anyway
