Initially quoted 3510 on their website I was told the quote was valid for 5 working days After chatting on WhatsApp I was told they can only offer 2850 then 3000 when I declined To which I declined again When I asked why my initial quote wasn t being honoured I was told it was due to a market change So there initial quote that is valid for 5 days was a lie

Got valuation sent all photos documents and everything we booked appointment in two days they asked if I m available all day because they don t know at what time driver will be available I was waiting all day later decided to contact them by myself and got reply that driver is double booked so next available slot is next week Absolutely amazing company

I had no actual involvement with the service My rating is based purely on the valuation which was significantly lower than any other valuations I received I don t know what the service is like because I won t be using this company due to very low evaluation

Got a valuation yesterday which seemed fine took all the photos asked for They asked for 2 more which I did then heard nothing Phoned today and was told that as yesterday was October and today 1st November value had dropped nearly 3 000 Told the not acceptable and they would get a 1 star review for the shap practice and wasting my time Now used a competitor

Agreed price was not met at point of collection even tho information was supplied for initial quote and agree in principle Overall not happy with service and would not recommend You are clearly failing to acknowledge any of the points I acknowledged the noise of a possible knock and that I was not aware of but everything else was clearly made visible I am not prepared to get into an argument with incompetent people and a company that thinks it can make mass profit at somebody else s expense Do yourself and the company a favour be honest and transparent

Only giving a star because Morgan who felt with myself was professional and polite I wouldn t recommend using this company due to there offers being false I was given a low offer due to my car apparently being a insurance write off apon researching I ve found this in not the case Even with this in mind the offer they provide was a lot less then scrap value This company in my opinion is more for there own gain and trying to shaft people I don t know if they tried this because they felt I was younger and maybe easy to do this on Was also promised a call back within a few hours of first interaction however even after messaging for a chase up didn t get a call back a few days later Wouldn t recommend

Trying to sell a 3 door Renault Clio from 2012 and I get offered 400 Absolute insult when other companies are offering around 1700 I don t appreciate being given excuses just so they could get the lowest price for the car Greedy not to mention when I request a call to talk about why the price is so low they still act like they re surprised with our discontent Never again

Spoke to an employee Levi car valued images V5C driving licence pic bill in name as evidence sent Asked if can be available Wednesday said yes Was on standby Got call from Lily saying can t do 24 hour pickup Informed can do Thursday on standby again Called midday Thursday flip it said looks like penciled in for Friday Annoyed now 2 days of saying they can try to do it with no fixed date Lily called again and she said sent a message saying can t do Thursday Whilst on call she saw it wasn t sent to me and failed to deliver Then told her I am available on Friday only till 13 00 She said no promises but will try best I said doesn t matter if they come after 13 00 I will be at work So as courtesy I informed them if after 13 00 might as well not be there Called on Friday to get an update and complain about everything put through to manager named John Automatically defensive when transferred through checked my schedule pick up 3 30 on Friday which was today I said no can do so cancel After I told him everything he said I can t turn the clock back and I said all I want is an apology and he refused The audacity Doesn t cost a penny Asked if available Monday next week I said gotta check rota when I go to work today which started at 1 30 hence my unavailability I said I want an apology for what I ve been put through John said no we made no promises for a date He then asked what about Tuesday next week I just told him I gotta check my rota He said you could work 1 day a week or 5 days a week I don t know you Tried to be silly I got mad and called him a neanderthal because he didn t wanna apologise and didn t get that people outside flipit also work as well and we need to check our work schedule before we get back to them Decided to hang up because I got so mad Between 18 11 24 - 22 11 24

Do exact opposite of what they promise No mechanical issues with car Spoke on phone they say send us photos etc and we offer a price and will not try and negotiate or haggle you down on collection They offered lowish price Which is fine as they collect car and need to make profit However on collection of they tried to take another 37 off what they offered Go round the car trying to fine things to get price down Nothing but time wasters
