SCAM

Absolutely terrible scammy company I purchased a domain and hosting only to wait days for the domain to become active When nothing happened I contacted customer support which took ages to respond only to inform me that the domain was already in use They sold me a domain that wasn t even available After taking my money they casually asked if I wanted a refund I requested a full refund for both the domain and hosting And guess where the refund went Straight to their platform as store credit meaning no real refund at all Avoid this company at all costs

I bought a domain and have been waiting for it to be active for 4 days I opened a ticket and the ticket has not been answered for more than 48 hours Do not buy

Just wanted to make this review because I personally have been using FlokiNET for quite a long time now and everything has been perfectly fine The bad reviews seem to be ruining their reputation Any issue that I have had was resolved through opening a support ticket Support and customer communication is very important and FlokiNET for sure has done well with that I also enjoy the privacy I hope to continue having no issues and will for sure remain a loyal customer to them

Excellent support and uptime

I have been a customer of Flokinet for over 5 years as an individual and as a support admin for an organization FlokiNet support has been excellent in my dealing with them and their uptime is second to none I would highly recommend them for customers who value privacy and quality of service
