Reese is learning

Reese is learning I started with two buttons with his favorite trigger words and he is accurately hitting the buttons to let me know what he wants The only thing I m bummed about is the Button Boot Camp It is a little disappointing because it is only available M-F with 3 00 p m PST being the latest time slot and I work all week so cannot make the times UPDATE FluentPet contacted me and they are working to get me a later date Thank you FluentPet for going above and beyond

Looking forward to our new buttons

My cat has really been communicating with his buttons After I watched the FluentPet Summit 2023 I decided to order another HexTile and some more buttons I d like to teach my cat some words that will help him tell us narrative things rather than just requests I m excited about this part of his education

Incredibly Happy

Our dog was still chewing a lot and wasn t quite a year old when I first contacted Fluent Pet You honestly recommended that I wait until he s older which I did After receiving the Get Started kit it was simple to put together and the directions were very clear I set up one button to start yesterday and he s already pushing it He first used his nose because I think it mystified him Now he s alternating between nose and paws I m incredibly happy I knew he d catch on right away Thank you Fluent Pet

Great produce and soo useful

We ve been using your buttons with our 1y old rescue and we all love them They ve been incredibly useful and fun and were amazed by how quickly and enthusiastically he s been picking them up He even asked for more words We are extending his vocabulary now and just ordered more stickers They came promptly and well protected and we re on our way to even better communication

Delivery wasn t too long from USA to UK All custom taxes were included The pack is perfect Easy to use and understand The free inclusive live zoom lesson is an absolute must it s amazing and will really set you up to begin this wonderful journey to begin to talk with your dog

Speak up buttons

The speak up buttons are so much better than the standard ones They have been sounding off each time my corgi presses them the standard ones worked well in the beginning but then would intermittently stay silent when pressed even after a few weeks

Let s Get Them Pressing button course

Ashley out teacher for Let s Get Them Pressing Intro course did a fantastic job teaching us the rights ways to go about teaching our learners what not to do and answering a lot of our questions throughout the process Right now my dog is using 3 buttons but I have no doubt there will be more introduced in the future

Customer Service team was helpful

Customer Service team was helpful kind and responded quickly Love the buttons for my cat she is so great at using them Definitely recommend for your cat or small dog but they are a little delicate so be careful not to break them

Excellent Customer Support

The customer service team has been so helpful I have the connect system and it was acting up but they contacted me back quickly when I used the contact us form Just had a video call with a team member and he spent so much time helping me troubleshoot the system - I didn t feel rushed and it ultimately worked We ve been using the connect system since the release and have loved it Zero my learner is very thankful she can go back to bossing me around

The buttons are amazing Such a Good support

It s amazing and wonderfully I m very glad that I found the buttons for my cat Yesterday she pressed a button on her own for the first time without me asking for it I m very grateful for Pam s support when I needed help The shipping to Belgium had some problems What haven t anything to do with FluentPet it was the Belgian deliver company who doesn t read addresses very well So thanks Pam and FluentPet we my Cat Frisco and me both are a big fan of FluentPet
