I ordered North face jacket for my son The price wasn t cheap so I was hoping it will be authentic However it is fake So disappointed

Same problem as another person here Contact with the sellers always takes at least 2-3 days for them to reply Emails sent to their support email are NEVER replied to It s terrible to get anything from them I ve been left on read by the website a least two weeks now No responses at all

DO NOT SHOP HERE I bought vans shoes for 164 I needed the shoes fast so I paid 40 for shipping from DHL 4-10 days After 10 days I have no tracking number no message even no email was sent to me after payment no option to create an account At customer support they have written 24 7 Even after 4 days I have not received any reply They only start dealing with refunds after 60-90 days never shop here UPDATE Even after 2 weeks no change I wrote several more questions to the customer service line even after a week no one responds This site is 100 scam

I have ordered a pair of Air Jordans and after waiting for few weeks they have arrived and they smell like cheap glue and look anything but authentic I even took them to a legitimate sneaker shop in Melbourne and they have confirmed that the pair is in fact fake Now I have been trying to contact the seller and been told that I could return them but after that they have gone MIA and are not letting me know how or where I need to send them back Contacted Forstep Style and nothing Funny is they have a limited return window but are not letting me know what to do I would recommend you to avoid this website at all cost Unfortunately I have read some mixed reviews and put the order regardless as I wanted to give them a chance Bad decision I now think all the positive review are also paid otherwise how could they list Dior Jordan sneakers for 350 and claim that they are authentic 79239 This is my order number and I want my refund

Seller responds about questions on shoes I buy shoes and get them verified they turn out to be fake Customer support never responded to me after 3 attempts to contact Escalated with PayPal and they ruled in their favor because I wanted them to pay for return shipping and they refused
