I had a great mentor who supported me throughout the module The LMS was easy to navigate I did not face any technical difficulties during my study The 1 1 booking system with my teacher was an excellent system to follow up on work get feedback on how to manage the work and easy tips to follow Overall it was a rewarding experience

Clear and supportive
Clear and supportiveThe thing that I was most pleased with when I transferred to Fortress was that the questions and instructions were 99 clear and well expressed I couldn t get over how quickly the staff or assessors got back to me for any query And it was really great to have a position of trying to get you through on the big picture rather than identifying some niggly point that stopped you gaining competency I would recommend them as the go to place for any TAE

My experience with Fortress Learning is amazing The staff and trainer that I work with guided me throughout the process which made my learning journey smooth and productive They check on me if I need more support and they made sure that I am comfortable with the portal system being used The learning videos give clear explanation and the trainer working with me is very supportive and give me the information I need to make my learning productive I recommend Fortress Learning

The course seemed really long and a lot of repetitive work and study With that being said I found that I knew what to do and learned a lot Not a throwaway course The trainers were very helpful and explained it in simple terms which helped me understand quicker
