ITILv4 Foundations from Firebrand was an awesome training Our trainer was very knowledgeable could make the course interesting and still teach us a lot It was not difficult to pass the exam afterwards I chose the onsite course in Sint-Michielsgestel The location hotel food training room etc - all was brilliant

Firebrand is by far the best training

Firebrand is by far the best training provider I ve ever used I ve already done 4 security courses with Firebrand and I ve passed them all at a first attempt Firebrand tutors are knowledgeable approachable and provide a lot of practical examples when discussing each topics The courses are very well organised and if you take a residential course the accommodation and meals are also very good Failure is not an option with Firebrand
