Ok so this company sent me a faulty product which I was a bit annoyed about but after I vexed on Trustpilot they were straight back to me to offer apologies and really constructive help suffice to say they were kind and accommodating The person I spoke to was Rachel She was great This kind of back up is essential in an online marketplace So I ll be using Francisco hair and beauty definitely again
