Terrible Customer Service

Great app but terrible customer service when you re having billing issues Just no response to emails etc

I subscribed to solo plan19 99 dolars per month but they ended up deducting 54 49 month dolars from my account mark you you are only limited to 7 documents this company is the biggest fraud with unseen charges

Refund issue escalated to bank dispute

This company double charged me twice in a year Even though I provided bank statements for the debits from their business address I had to raise a dispute with the bank I understand if they cannot see the charge my dispute will be processed and taken care of But why not fix the system that did this twice in a year

The SEO score and keywords that Frase determines is very very inaccurate and unrealistic I have tried to optimize content for 10 projects in the trial no good results so far Money grabbing company Algorithm sucks

No Customer Support when you need it

I cancelled my BASIC plan after a few days because i did not get a propper invoice with my entered company data And then they decreased my account to FREE plan even if i had 25 days left in the BASIC plan I contacted the support but they are not helpful Promising to upgrade again but that did not happen I am really unsatisfied I had trouble with the provided service that was not my mistake and got no support within a week I cannot recommend

Another one of these companies that ask for your credit card details when you re forced to sign up just to see if it s right for you When the free trial expires they refuse to refund you even though you haven t used the tool at all Scammy business practice

This is a SCAM Watch Out

They charged me after cancelling my membership with their 5 days excuse I got asked like 5 times if I was sure offered me a discount and still after stating no and getting a confirmation on the app they charged me the fee When I placed a claim they said I should have claim 5 days after I check my bank statement at the end of the month so this is definitely a scam

Definitely not satisfied with Frase

Frase is far behind other great AI writing tools Frase options don t work properly and it doesn t give many ideas from its AI Instead it only replaces the synonyms and some minor mistakes from the text which are useless and will eventually fall into plagiarism The worst thing about frase is that it doesn t give the option of rephrasing the whole paragraph in contrast it only rephrases a single sentence at once The tool s UI UX is also not impressive
