This is a fantastic product I don t use it exactly as per the guidelines but as I train its answers I can legitimately see it saving me thousands in customer service agents per year For 60 of answers its already more accurate than my staff because I get to train it and it tells them exactly what I say every time If your are on the fence give it a go as its definitely a top tier product
