Great Experience
Freescout is a very nice helpscout alternative I used to install and configure it by myself It s overall straightforward to install but does require you to be fairly comfortable with Linux command line not just copy paste from the manual but also know what you are doing This time I want to give their paid installation service a try so I ordered the basic package Very good service They installed it very quickly and configured the system for me Per-mailbox Email settings and system-wide email settings are a bit tricky they explained it very well

Great service and value for money
This service is the best value for money you can get I could not have done the installation and configuration for this price The personal contact was great by email and instant messages Of course there was a problem with my hardware and software setup which I had to solve before the configuration could continue The consultant was very patient and continued after I solved the issue If I have another installation in the future I will use this service again
