Harry who came to fit our new boiler was a very professional man He did a fantastic job in fitting our new boiler and nothing was too much trouble for him And explained in depth on how the new boiler works

I needed a new boiler it was an emergency as I had no water Scot was amazing came the next day fitted new boiler great workmanship Really good price but more importantly a really experienced plumber and fantastic job Would highly recommend and will use again for any plumbing jobs in the future Thanks Scot

Very positive experience

I had a really positive experience with Scofi this week After we experienced a gas leak scare in the night we called first thing and Adam was able to come round a few hours later to check our boiler He quickly realised the issue and that it would be unable to be repaired but needed replacing entirely Scott then took over and managed to source the correct boiler and fit it the same day so by the end of the afternoon we were sorted All those I dealt with were very professional and kind and made what was a challenging day a lot better I would have no hesitation in recommending Scofi

I couldn t recommend Scofi enough When my oil boiler needed bleeding causing my house to have no hot water and heating they had someone out to me in less than 24 hours The service received both from Tiger in the office and from Adam the engineer was brilliant Both were friendly understanding and I was left with a feeling of being really well looked after

Great company and speedy service

What a lovely company It started with the lovely Scott coming to look at our old boiler the same day I contacted them He was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our never ending questions with expert knowledge We received a quote the same day to replace our combi boiler which was very competitive Mags in the office kept in contact with us regularly and was very friendly Harry came to fit the new boiler within the week and was an expert worker and left the house clean and tidy Will recommend to family and friends

Kevin arrived from Scofi heating to look at a thermostat that had completely lost its display He managed to get the existing thermostat working saving me having to pay for a new one He was so friendly and helpful and also spent time trying to get my bathroom towel rail to work again which is now much improved Thanks Kevin great service with a smile
