Receiving meals from meal prep for awhile now The meals are really good always a good variety and ive tried foods I wouldnt usually go for and really enjoyed them The delivery is always on time and the cost is very reasonable Paul and Matt are friendly and will respond to any queries Will definitely continue with my orders

I have been around the houses with meal prep companies ranging from heavily sponsored by certain strongmen to Made in Sandra s Kitchen - Fresh is far superior head and shoulders above the rest The food is super fresh and the packaging is ideal for transporting to work and is recyclable No plastic if you are worried about BPA s or plastic leach into your food The flavours different meals are unreal You can tell the company takes pride in their products from presentation delivery and on my plate Thanks Team Fresh
