I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this awful company I didn t realise the shoes were coming from China took ages to arrive and looked nothing like the photo When I wanted to return them I was told I had to post them at my cost to Las Vegas - that would cost me almost same as the shoes no support awful total shambles

Wish I had looked up this site before ordering from FSJ Buyer beware DO NOT order from them Customer service is horrible shoes are cheap poor quality don t fit don t look like what is advertised online reek of chemical smell Paid for 3 pairs they shipped one and shipped 2nd after I complaint and filed complaints against them Still waiting for 3rd pair I paid for these already so I can box them up and return them for a full refund Worst vendor EVER

This company is a rip off I ordered several pairs of shoes from them and each time there was an irreconcilable issue followed by a guarantee that it would be corrected with the next order I recommend you stay far away from this company as possible I have three pairs of heels that broke completely while walking This company also has very poor communication

This site looks like it s not legit It seems to be a scam and please do not order from this site There are no actual contacts nor anyone that answers the phone It looks fraudulent by seeing the payment method option given only check money order or PayPal

I am another unfortunate customer of this terrible company I also paid for express shipping and didn t receive my shoes until 20 days later My shoes also smelled like cheap glue FSJ refuses to refund my express shipping charge So I went on vacation without my shoes I ve been wanting soo bad and waiting so long for I can not comment on quality as of now but I can say it doesn t look like 100 pair of shoes Comfort I can not comment on either Customer service is awful I would suggest looking at Timberland or Uggs I found some cute booties that I am sure will be top quality quick shipping and would provide an excellent customer experience

I ordered shoes on February 12th It is May 6th and I still don t have shoes The only communication from FSJ beyond my original purchase confirmation has been in response to my inquiries I have inquired several times and I m assured that the shoes will arrive in 15 days I understand that the COVID-19 crisis has impacted shipping but why keep telling me it is on the way

This company cancelled my order after 8 days for no reason When I emailed them they simply said they couldn t deliver them to my country despite it being listed on their website Their customer support was 1 sentence by someone with poor English who clearly wanted to get rid of me ASAP After reading the other reviews here I consider myself lucky I got a refund DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolute GARBAGE their reviews are FAKE The shoes I ordered are ridiculously cheap They literally made a crunching sound when I walked They were buckling giving in because they were so poorly made they can t even hold a petite woman up I m so disappointed but lesson learned I need to stop shopping on the internet so much
