OK so I would like to share with you my experience with this exchange Registration and level 1 verification was smooth I immediately submitted the KYC documents to get me level 2 verification Since then I waited I already had some funds about 1 5k in wallets so I got little nervous day after day So I contacted the support if there is any issue with the documents I provided I received no answer for 2 days The 3rd day I got an email that the level 2 verification was completed After that I transferred some of the coins from the exchange I got an email that the withdrawals are processed within a few hours which made me wonder why would it take so long However after 2 minutes the withdrawal was approved and I got the coins in my wallet Only issue with them is the support and slowness which might be no go for some people For me this is enough That s why I give 5 stars Will see how they handle higher withdrawal volumes tho
