Do not use this exchange After depositing around 5000 they asked me to send my IDs I submitted all my documents and then they asked me to submit a selfie holding the ID and a note I did that as well and then they replied me with another mail to send a different selfie They just tricked me into sending my ID documents as well as stealing 5000 from me

Making the whole crypto industry look bad the poster boy for how not to do things Only had a few undred there but still the continuing stories coming out it just keeps getting worse

As long as you keep money in their system things seem to go ok-ish Once you want to move your money to another exchange or to your bank account problems suddendly begin Forget about them

Please beware of this exchange It has been holding my crypto and will not let me withdraw it It literally locked up my account and will not let me do anything in it just as though they took it from me The worst is that the customer service is non existent at this point - they don t respond at all This is either a failing exchange or they are corrupt and planning on just keeping whatever we have in it and just disappearing They have now stolen lots of crypto from me

FTX us Customer service is horrible I asked to have my 2FA to be reset and I got the complete run around When I ask for a follow up they ask for ticket s that the don t supply Then if they respond they will ask you to jump through more hoops I evsubmit another ticket Afterwards they will ask you for the tocket won t provide it It s a nightmare Coinbase Binance US Exodus wallet will respond with Zeal ensure the problem is resolved

FTX us is a company of thieves They take their fee when you purchase crypto but won t allow you to transfer the crypto outside of their system It s a joke Be careful with this company They will steal from you Their customer support answers no questions and does nothing but stall I have the screenshots of customer support conversations and I will share them with whoever wants to see them

FTX was heavily pumped by Tom Brady on TV and elsewhere who is now being sued by the many ppl who lost money as much as their life savings when FTX stopped all withdrawals and filed Chapter-11 Bankruptcy earlier this month I lost my money too but just by luck not a lot P S Don t trust any cryptocurrency business many if not most are corrupt frauds ponzi schemes or worthless projects and tokens Get out o crypto NOW and if new do not enter
