Even on the new platform ftx-exchange com they are still slow in responding to mails I m dissatisfied with this exchange my only happiness is the fact that they have starting paying us our money I m just happy I have regain access to my account

This is such a rip off and i ve lost so much transacting with them how come i owe taxes to funds i can t even access ridiculous taxes and support has offered no explanation as to an alternative option so i couldn t use my funds for weeks until pandrex co extracted them ftx can simply not be trusted and it remains to be seen how they plan to pay other users in my position

Non-existent customer support Made a test transfer to ftx us of 100 USDC and carefully checked and matched every setting my transaction went through properly but was never credited on the exchange OK I ll connect with customer support and create a support ticket You can fill out a ticket enter your info and hit the submit button You won t get a notification that your request went through you won t get an e-Mail notification and worst of all you won t get a response I submitted two tickets both were ignored Get out now while you still can FTX us is horrible and doesn t deserve your business

So many issues with this site first my funds were locked - can t withdraw can t use to buy crypto Help tickets were no help they constantly ignore you for weeks Then issues with KYC - without telling me why they claimed that my account was fraudulent and refused to provide evidence or work it out with me There are many more reputable CEXes out there save yourself some and time

Trading NFTs on here in a pain

Buying NFTs on this website is a massive pain The support is extremely slow or even non-existent They used depecptive marketing to get people to deposit money during the Steph Curry 2974 NFT launch After you deposit money into FTX us you can t use that money for buying NFTs or withdraw it for around 15 days But even until the day before the launch the FTX team was actively getting people to deposit money into their accounts while not telling us about the deplay is using our money and a lot of people including me could not take part in the NFT launch Still unable to withdraw my money and my suppoer ticket has had no response
