The training is simply fantastic The trainers are welcoming friendly and always ready to help The course exceeded all my expectations with trainers who are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled ensuring each session was both informative and enjoyable I wholeheartedly recommend it

I completed a packed five days training

I completed a packed five days training in Manchester in June 2024 and I can honestly say it was the best most enjoyable and informative course I ve attended The support and advice given by Stuart was outstanding in all elements of the training which included funerals wedding and naming

A great course to learn how to become a celebrant

I was asked by a friend of mine who has autoimmune liver disease if I knew any female celebrants as she was getting her affairs in order in case she didn t get a transplant I didn t know any and was too old to be a live doner so I just said can I do it for you She just said would you and I said of course but do I need to do a course So having had a quick look on line I enrolled on a one to one three day course with Stuart and actually really enjoyed it The literature provided is very comprehensive and it seems to be constantly added to and updated I am desperately hoping that I can have lots of years before my friends time out but I feel well equipped to carry out funerals now and hopefully can celebrate a few other lives before hers

Upon arriving at the APC I had a fuzzy idea of my goals and little confidence in my abilities to reach them Thankfully the tutors and mentors have provided exceptional support from day one Despite occasional doubts their kindness encouragement and guidance have boosted my confidence The monthly zoom meetings have allowed me to connect with other trainees and receive valuable assistance and motivation This experience has the nefound slf-assurance and belief I have develope

A friend of mine directed me to the Academy when I said that I d love to marry a couple but not in a religious way I looked at the site thought that s me signed up and did the course with Cate in July 2021 I really enjoyed it It was well structured informative and has given me the skills and confidence to focus on taking this forward in the near future Thanks Cate

I had a fantastic time during my week with APC The experience surpassed what I had excepted It was both educational and enjoyable The course was presented in a professional and introspective manner I now feel more confident after completing the course I am excited and inspired ready to launch my celebrant business This was a truly empowering experience
