HUGELY disappointed with this company from start to finish and I ll never ever be using these again 1 Tutor support didn t pick up on any of my faults on my program which lead me to fail my practical 2 I was told all of my tests were at the gym I used but failed to tell me I have to travel to different cities to do different one day courses I have since raised this with them as they miss lead me into a sale 3 Having to pay extra for travelling expenses and have days off work as these courses are few and far between 4 I had failed my level 2 but they said I can start my level 3 which I thought was strange After getting towards the end of my level 3 they told me I had to finish level 2 first 5 I have yet to finish my level 3 with these as they were unwilling to come to Newcastle to assess me on my level 3 and said I have to take my client to Manchester baring in mind my client is a father of 3 and doesn t have a lot of time free to spare a full day as it s 4 hours from Newcastle 6 I have since bought a new level 3 with a company that cares and I am now a personal trainer so I will never ever ever use future fit training

Their Level 4 course in RSPH Nutrition has one workshop for the entire course Everything else is reading from a screen When it was sold to me over the phone I was told that it would include time with professionals but they are just a customer service team Don t believe the lies You may as well just get a text book Compare this to a Level 4 qualification for the same price at my local college and I will get face to face time with a tutor every week for a year Edit Thank you for your response To clarify the team member who sold me the course said that this wasn t just reading from a computer The impression was that there would be some human to human contact time I appreciate that the course is online however expected more than just a single online workshop before the final assignments given what was told to me The comparison to a local college isn t because I expected 200 contact hours with a tutor just comparison in value for money for another level 4 course If you intend to deliver a course through text on a screen 99 of the time there is nothing wrong with that Just don t sell the experience as anything else

SCAMMERS The below review is absolutely correct I ve had the same experience basically sign you up to the contract give you a log on and that s it No support at all my workshops got cancelled three times due to Covid but there was no allowances for this or additional support If you need help with your studies or any kind of support do not choose them biggest waste of my money ever Bunch of scammers to understand why Bunch of scammers to understand why just filter the 1 ratings to see how they actually force people into a contract agreement with misleading information for instance I am still obligated to pay for a course that I haven t finished because I was left stranded by the provider when initially they assured me that a tutor will be monitoring my progress and this has never happened and again all the 5 reviews are either fake or recycled

Cant give more than 1 star i didnt get a response Got in touch to ask about sports massage course and didnt even get a reply Pricing not clear on the brochure hides the real price and just gives you the monthly price but doesnt say how many months its due over and the total price of the courses

Had an unforeseen dip in my workload due to covid and had to return to Cyprus which is where I am from Found employment back home and asked Futurefit if we could either make tailor course to online only or if impossible to agree an early settlement for a certain less than full wack due to having a much lower wage The response firstly in regards to being in Cyprus was just fly back to do practicals this would make the cost of the course see an extra couple thousand pounds The response to a helpful early settlement figure was a stone cold no I cannot afford the repayments now on my new wage even though its average for Cyprus So I will have to make the decision to forcefully close the direct debit Also be aware that FutureFit use OmniCaptial for their repayments who throughout my transition have threatened me with credit rating hits and lawsuits against me Even though UK credit ratings do not follow abroadPersonally if you want PT qualifications I d highly recommend you stay away from this company their courses do not hold any UCAS points either so the price of the courses are extortionate in comparison to others

Wish I d not wasted my time and money on this Nobody responds to email there s no support from tutors along the way and one of my resubmissions seems to have got lost as they have been saying I ve not completed the course and not replying to my communications I was given the hard sell on the phone saying I d be able to qualify in just a few months but there s no way at all if they don t mark your work in less than 3 months despite only given 10 days to send in a resubmission Plus their website doesn t work properly again no response to emails on this matter Finally I waited some time to get my first assignment marked then went online and noticed one module I d completed and got the certificate for said I d not even started it They then said I had to redo it because they d changed it No communication to let me know this I ve now made a huge financial commitment to this and I can t get out of it nor start earning any money from it I m absolutely gutted I was drawn in to something that promised so much and delivered so little

They are an absolute nightmare to deal with I accidentally sent coursework and questions to a wrong e-mail address I had to challenge a tutor about this who thought that it was ground breaking that a member of staff should forward it to the correct e-mail or send me a reply with the correct information Be warned that there are hidden marking charges that are not identified to the customer at the at the time of sale They try and charge you 50 to mark work if you fail two submissions A Great way of generating extra revenue I successfully won the argument with them over my level 3 exercise referral course work and miraculously my work passed I am a qualified assessor If a piece of work is looked at online then it should go back to who has given the initial feedback Assessing is subjective and when you have more than one opinion of your work this will obviously generate different opinions You do not have an assigned tutor so you will not have any continuity hence the 50 marking charges This is one of the worse company s I have had the misfortune of dealing with I have completely lost interest in my level 4 diabetes and obesity management certificate and due to the fact I feel that drained by this company I am unlikely to finish the course I have requested a refund on this part of my course and I am awaiting a response There are better company s out there who treat their customers with dignity and respect

This company advised I would need a fit note from my GP in order to begin the course I was denied this from my GP and they are now saying I am still binded to this 5000 course I have not used a single one of their resources and have been trying to dispute this for months and they just do not care Happy to take the money from someone they literally will not allow to take part in the course

Shocking that to find out the price of a course I had to enter my name and email on their website then when I did another thing pops up on the web page and asks for my telephone number which I inputted When I got the price list there were no actual prices only what you could pay per month but not stating how many months this is over How deceiving Does not inspire confidence in enrolling on a course if you already have a sense of distrust Updated review Thank you for your response If that is why you do not publish the prices of your courses on your website that is completely up to you and I have no issue with it The issue is the apparent deception of obtaining people s contact details with the promise they can then download the price guide which does not actually contain the cost of the courses I might be overly cynical but this seems a good strategy to get peoples telephone numbers to place pressure on them to buy via a sales call

Disappointed with the customer service unsympathetic replies I recently signed up to do a Pilates instructor course but due to some unfortunate circumstances of family having to move away I can t complete the course and it s practically impossible for me to complete the workshops as I can t attend them this had come up very out of the blue I ve asked repeatedly for some sympathy to cancel my course and I don t even expect a refund I just want to cancel my direct debits as I can t complete the course I find it unfair and cruel how I m paying 2000 to not even gain a qualification out of the company they would be gaining money without giving me anything Can anyone shed light on this as I m considering taking further action because this is extremely unfair I understand I ve signed an agreement but life happens and this was seriously unexpected
