The Pilates content is fantastic as are the instructors But the software we access for the online courses and pre-course material is very clunky and assumes you learn well online This just isn t realistic for everyone It was expensive to print out not to mention time-consuming which is a shame considering the price of the course However I enjoyed all other aspects of the Pilates teacher training course and I found the team very inspiring and encouraging

Some good for information but some outdated information which needed to be updated I emailed this at the time as the training included the Eatwell Plate rather than the Eatwell Guide which made me wonder which other information wasn t up to date Other than that useful resources and helpful

Started nutrition course and was able to access lessons at work as they were paying for course However half way through course futurefit updated their computer system which was then no longer accessible at work Course is now being finished at home which is difficult as work full time This has meant that other members of staff who were going to do course no longer can

Slightly organised We all had to wait quite a while for the training material to turn up before the course could start Also In 19 yrs of being a spinning instructor I ve never experienced bikes that were so wobbly and felt unsafe and even with a gel saddle cover on the bikes were excruciating to sit on As I work for Everyone Active in Woodside I expected Keiser bikes not Stages Bikes so Will try and avoid going back to Everyone Active in Victoria for next yrs CPD points

There was such limited interaction between me and the trainers I never spoke to any of the lecturers tutors and even the feedback on my submissions was limited It was really difficult to download and retain any of the information or suggestions that were made so I feel like it wasn t too challenging but I am not sure I feel confident to just go out there and advise

Takes student support too long to respond and company over the phone were not very facilitating to my manager s requests

I am enrolled on a Level 4 Elite Personal Trainer course My experiences so far have been pretty good though I have concerns about the terms and conditions of the practical workshops The issues are mostly with costs and arrangements Future Fit states that it has the right to charge students 50 if they need to defer a practical workshop assessment date within 8 weeks I find this entirely unfair given that reasons for cancellation can be out of the student s control Public transport emergencies ill health etc are entirely plausible reasons Furthermore a student such as myself is already paying Future Fit upwards of 5 500 for a virtually online service - can they really justify charging 50 for a one-off cancellation Why not provide the student with a grace cancellation and charge for any more thereafter What makes this all the more laughable is that Future Fit themselves offer no reimbursement when they cancel a practical session In my case I had booked train tickets for my session only to be told two hours before that it was cancelled Terms and conditions state they do not reimburse and encourage students to only use service with refund policies A bit difficult when you re already on the train and cancellations for travel hotel arrangements can be at least 10 added value In addition the pop-up locations are not used for all types of workshop Unless I m willing to defer for two months and travel a little closer I have to travel half way across the country for a one-day workshop Booked in this has cost me 300 for the train and hotel Future Fit needs to rethink their terms and conditions and how they plan practical sessions with potential customers I m now two months behind on my course and more than 300 out of pocket with more arrangements to make across the country

Shocking lack of support Contact you daily to get you to sign up promise all sorts of support and help and 1 on 1 tutoring I ve never heard from any tutor let alone a 1 on 1 Take literal months to grade papers you hand in I was told by several people not to use them as they are unprofessional but they provided the course I needed at a cost I could pay at the time I would absolutely avoid them and go to another company that actually supports and has staff who can deal with assessments in under 12 weeks That being said the courses themselves are solid even if a few contradict eachother on information given Their system is a little weird to use at first but overall quite good I wish I could get a refund because I sure haven t been given the service I was sold

The online content is really good but actual explanation of how to best follow this course is unclear It was not clear there was a really good app to use along side the course till the first face to face day I have spend ages doing courses in a silly order I even questioned the order with email correspondence and they assured me it was correct My first practical day said otherwise

I enjoyed the actual training online and the practical training The learner support team were very helpful when I called and emailed too However I was rather disappointed with the waiting time for portfolio to be marked FAQS state 2-4 weeks for marking but it s more like 8 weeks
