I have done the level 3 pilates course with Futurefit I think the tutors are great and the sales team are amazing But the nightmare is chasing for the qualification like the other people said here I have been phoning in and chasing my qualification many times and the staff only told me they are following up Even they promised they will give me update by email today but it didn t happen It has been almost 3 months It is very frustrating and disappointing wish I read some online reviews first before I train with Futurefit

I have started my online courses but unable to complete due to cancellation of the practical courses which means I may not complete the course in 1 academic year and may actually take 2 years which is poor continuity I emailed about my concerns but received no email back with any solutions like would I go to a different area It s a shame as the practical teaching is good but the sessions need to be completed in a sensible time frame I shouldn t need to be waiting 7 months between a course I can t teach without the course and am paying student insurance while I wait

Educational material although having some good presenters was very average in content and I didn t learn anything from it Took 60 mins to get points across that could have taken 20 Also didn t get access to the social media group despite chasing twice and completely forgot about my membership until I got asked to renew which sums it all up really

They should care more about their students and improve their Support service and avoiding to rip their students off with crazy fees They even sent the certificates I passed to the wrong address without any tracking number or letting me know and they now want to charge me 115 pounds to re-issue them and make money out of me They are interesting in charging you for whatever they can than learning through them

Ultimately very disappointed with this company Whilst they have a good range of courses they are overpriced They ll say it s due to rigour etc but you get just as qualified for less outlay with plenty of other companies How much you learn anywhere is down to how much effort you are willing to put in Customer service is poor Whilst on the phone they are usually very polite email is a joke I know it s a week on average between me emailing and getting any kind of response In this day and age that s appalling They seem far more interested in how you can make the assessors lives easier rather than yours as the student Whilst some of the online stuff is good most is just filler to justify the cost The practical days are the most worthwhile part and are usually very good just expect some long delays between actual course dates And don t be last appointment on an assessment day They ll rush make mistakes looking at portfolios or not look at them at all and tell you to just email it in And then there s the marking of assignments case studies etc 12 weeks Utterly shameful timescale Combined with their penchant for coupling courses together so you must pass all to gain certification this actually interferes with your earning potential Other companies do not operate like this and you end up just as qualified for less money over a shorter time frame Do yourselves a favour and look elsewhere

This is regarding the Pilates course in London Great content however Future Fit is not accommodating to a students needs Money is of more value to them than the student Booking of assessment and workshops dates is a nightmare Course dates were all muddled and when I requested to bring dates forward there was no space So I had my final assessment before my intermediate workshops etc It s impossible to get ahold of anyone at Future Fit on workshop or assessment days as they only work Mon-Fri even though workshops and assessments fall on the weekends Replies from the future fit team takes around 2 weeks to reply minimum Even though they assign a team member to you for any questions queries concerns you may have Overall I wouldn t waste your time doing a Pilates course with them

The scheduling of the workshops is a nightmare The first workshop was terrible There were 28 students on the call and the first 20 mins was spent trying to set up the system The tutor told us we would receive an email from him and we all agreed to exchange emails This was never received I did schedule my workshops but when we spoke about it others said they had earlier slots so tried to redo mine to bring them forward and have now and lost all of them

I considered joining the Level 5 Nutrition course I was looking for specific things I wanted to learn but the course description in the brochure was very brief I gave one of their career advisors a call Alex Jordan and asked if he could tell or send me the course modules in more detail Unfortunately he couldn t do either - his knowledge of the course was very inadequate and he then emailed me exactly the same information contained in the course information I think an institution charging so much money for a nutrition course needs to be very knowledgeable clear and open about the exact content they intend to be teaching for the students who want to know

The course content is good but the waiting time to qualify is ridiculously long If you are doing additional online courses you submit your portfolio and wait around 12 weeks for the result no one cares you are trying to make a living from PT If you are unsuccessful you can submit your portfolio one more time for free but then you have to wait another 3 months to find out if you qualified Update 8 weeks and still waiting Nobody even bothered to pick up the phone Just when you think it can tgo any better

If you do the online course you are basically on your own I asked for a call once and the person meant to answer my questions made me feel like my questions were not intelligent by using an undermining tone It put me off reaching out for help In another hand if will not take 3 months to complete that course for sure The course is extensive there s a lot more reading than videos In addition there are dates and different locations for the workshops to take place so if the date required is full we need to keep looking for the next available date at local city
