Scammers - false company
Scammers I purchased an animated infographic video from Futuristic Web Designers After 6 weeks of waiting and no communication they delivered something made on paint One of the worst examples of product ever I asked for a refund and they begged to give 2 more days to deliver a new much better version akin the examples they d sent in the first place They then proceeded to see it d take 25 working days to process a refund This was requested in September We re in November and no refund has been received I went to the persons office and they refused to see me I ll be pushing this to court

Exceeded My Expectations
When I first began working with Futuristic Web Designers I knew I had stumbled upon greatness Michael was very upfront and honest about price packaging and the estimated timeline for the completion of my website He took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish with my website and he thoroughly explained how Futuristic Web Designers could help me achieve those objectives Also Michael took the time to answer any lingering questions I had to ensure I felt comfortable moving forward Joseph the project manager on my website design has been amazing to work with He has taken the time to fully understand the vision I have for my company and how I want it executed on the website Also I like that Joseph presented me with various concepts when it came to my logo and website design My project is still ongoing but so far the work quality and delivery have more than exceeded my expectations Joseph has been able to capture what I was envisioning for my site and bring it to life

EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE
I began my project with lots of ideas but no experience Fortunately I found Michael at Futuristic Web Designers He listened to my ideas asked pointed questions and offered the opportunity to create a masterpiece He worked all this out within my approved budget and then the miracle he introduced me to Joseph Joseph worked with me relentlessly to realize all my ideas The lines of communication were always open and Joseph always explained everything thoroughly Sometimes more than once because of my inexperience He is patient extremely knowledgeable and stays on track He made sure I met my deadline and most importantly he did this all with kindness I expect as my project grows Joseph and Futuristic Web Designers will be there to guide and expand with me I feel like more than just a client and for that I am beyond grateful
