I ve had such a bad experience with this company and I actually feel that because I haven t been silent about my mistreatment they ve black balled me They kept lying about changing my delivery address which caused so much inconvenience when retrieving them When I proved showed evidence that they were lying clearly made mistakes on their side they ignored every single one of my correspondence s via TikTok Instagram and email They claimed they can t change the shipping address details I provided screenshot evidence of what shipping information I input when ordering photo evidence of the ACTUAL shipping label on my item when the owner of the house finally returned from holiday and was able to get my package 3 weeks after ordering and correspondence from ROYAL MAIL backing my claim Pin drop silence It s been over 2 months and my emails and messages via social media have been ignored This delivery address issue relates to ALL 5 ORDERS I had made I kept giving them chances as I genuinely liked the product I stupidly thought let me continue to provide my custom but obviously they didn t care My most recent purchase was made 10 01 24 Now they recalled my order The tracking info- as of 11 01 24- states it s on its way back to the sender Why I have never ever experienced such poor and disgusting customer service I m shockedAll this viral companies only care about taking peoples money They don t care about customer service in the slightest and it s disturbing Just because I m not a big time influencer doesn t mean I should be treated like this

They don t even deserve 1 star
Fyne cosmetics are an absolute joke I returned an item due to getting a mystery and the shades just being too light which I understand can happen but non of the products were opened as they weren t my shade and I knew I would need to return them all together Item was delivered on 31 07 2024 back to them They have continuously denied receiving the products even though I provided evidence of it being returned from yodel I then had to send them who signed for the parcel and a photo of it in their warehouse They have now come back to me to say that the items were opened and therefore they cannot process and refund which is complete lies I followed all of their refund requests to return the items unused and unopened back in their original condition which is exactly what I did At every turn they have tried to back out and when they realised they couldn t deny they d received the items they ve lied about them being opened I ve now opened a dispute with my bank

Received an EMPTY box that had no indication of being tampered with Customer services straight up said I was lying as they weigh boxes before dispatch dispite the box saying exactly 1kg the empty box does not wrigh this and the items in the box would ve weighed less than the 1kg Very shocked by customer services response Will be contacting my credit card company with all evidence and requesting a charge back Will never be using this company again

Avoid - useless for returns
I bought the brow pen and the product was fine but the shade didn t fit me I went to return it only for their returns page to be blank I tried emailing them about returning my item and it wasn t until I took it up with Paypal that they responded and said their website was back up and running properly The returns page hadn t changed and it was still blank so I sent another email explaining this and nobody got back to me I had to go through Paypal to get a full refund Please avoid purchasing from this brand especially if you know you might need a refund

Don t sleep on this brand
I adore everything I ve tried from fyne so far But I just want ri give a special shout out to the liners They are by far the best eyeliner I ve ever used and I ve use alot there super creamy and pigmented and once they are dry they DO NOT budge I got the bundle of 4 for 20 and let me tell you that is a steal and I m buying another set on pay day Please do not sleep on this brand and get yourself some amazing products

First class customer services
Mainly customer services I purchased 2 mystery boxes and a concealer at pinkmas then my own fault really for not checking the box but when I got home the concealer wasn t in the box I emailed customer services and they sorted it out within 24 hours first class also I am so impressed with the FYNE products I bought I won t be hesitating to buy more the packaging and presentation is incredible

Abbie is amazing and products incredible
I ordered a mystery box and a bronze bundle which came with a double ended brush I ordered from TikTok while watching a tiktok live Abbie was packing orders live and I literally cannot tell you how incredible this girl is She went so above and beyond as an employee She engaged with everyone who had ordered she colour matched me for skin tint and concealer and even stayed past her finish time to pack our boxes She listened to my special request and I got my box 13 hours after I saw her pack it even though it was sent 48 hour with DPD Abbie 100 deserves a raise The products are absolutely beautiful as well Genuinely have nothing but amazing things to say about them and the customer service I got from Abbie Credit to the company Thank you

I have had wonderful customer service
I have had wonderful customer service from this company I was sent the wrong color of lip oil by accident and they quickly sent me the correct shade free of charge They have always been polite and professional with their correspondence The products themselves are so luxurious and some of the best formulas I ve ever used I am not an influencer I just truly love this brand
