Wasted my time and money

Someone from Fyve Clinic contacted me on social media and convinced me to pay 50 deposit on dermal filler which I did On my appointment date I turned up at the address which I believe is a shared workspace The gentleman at the reception told me there was a lady who used to come hire one of the rooms set it up and take pictures with her friends but she hasn t booked the room in a long while He said a few people have come looking for the clinic I found there was no Fyve Clinic in the building I lost my money

Blocked me after taking my deposit

I paid a deposit for Lemon bottle fat dissolvers to be done by the lady who contacted me online The treatment was meant to be done on the 2nd of October I arrived at the address above advised by the receptionist at the building entrance that she wasn t aware of a clinic called Fyve Clinic in the building I tried to call them but never git a response

Payment taken and Ghosted

They contacted me on social media advertising their services I agreed to pay a deposit for their lip fillers After making the payment they blocked me I looked up their address and went over I was informed by the receptionist at the shared workspace location that the lady comes in once a while to take some medicines from the cupboard and rents a small room per hour She said its not a clinic

Not happy

My experience at Fyve Clinic was not great I booked and paid for a remote consultation to discuss my skin booster treatment options The session wasn t great I didn t feel comfortable or confident to go for the treatment at the Clinic

Unprofessional

I booked and paid a 30 deposit to get skin booster treatment at this Clinic I turned up to the address to be told by the receptionist at the main entrance of the building that she wasn t familiar with Fyve Clinic I tried to contact them never heard back from them Not a nice experience

No communication after taking payment

Paid a down payment to have teeth Whitening done at this clinic Since l made the payment they have not answered my calls Reading the comments online now answers my questions I should have known better

Disappointing

I booked a remote consultation with them to discuss my options for skin booster I didn t feel so comfortable booking the treatment because the consultant was unable to answer most of my questions she seemed to be more interested in me paying for the treatment Unfortunately I made the payment since I made the payment they haven t answered my phone calls I don t know what to do

Lack of knowledge

Someone from Fyve Clinic contacted me on social media and got me to pay for an online remote consultation In my experience the consultation was her chance to get me to pay for the treatment but not to answer my questions on what l needed to achieve from my skin booster treatment I didn t pay for the treatment and l don t recommend this clinic
