Used silver car 247 yesterday with my family and the driver was so rude and very unprofessional as customers service Never use this service again

Walked in and obtained an Appointment Waited two hours and asked why it s taking so The receptionist noted one guy would be cutting my daughter hair We booked with Cyrus She spoke with the stylist and he noted I don t cut African hair He told my wife I am booked solid so you need to leave Our daughter is mixed so her hair is long and curly not an Afro My wife asked the receptionist is there someone else that can cut her hair Another hair stylist obliged after being insulted This was at the Sharkey s Cuts for Kids at Hwy 6 and Trammel in Missouri City TX We paid for wash cut and blow dry No blow dry was given We will never go back

I am reviewing the Driver of the cab sent to pick me up from my home to a localSocial Club The Driver thought I was going elsewhere tho 2 vcalls had to be made to ClockTower Cars in Epsom as they got the wrong address for my destination The person answering 1st admitted the address they quoted was wrong He added they do not drink alcohol so I asked how wrong will they get info if they DED drink He sent another txt and repeated the former destination address whish was wrong The cab came at precisely 7 15 but had a totally wrond destination He was efficient and kind enough to call Clocktower Cars where someone admitted the Destination was wrong I use this Cab Service sometimes up to 3 times a day and no less than 5 days a week One will ask if they are so hopeless why do I persist in using them I do because they are local and most of the drivers are efficient and competent It is the office staff and especially the Despatcher who is utterly hopeless Utterly hopeless If its not the destination its the address or the timings that are wrong They will lose much business after others read this review and after the word is spread about their incompetence

I stayed at students rooms for 3 nights then for another three I arrived on Friday night The receptionist excorted me to the room which was clean and very comfortable There are three bathrooms and 3 toilets for 10 rooms in the appartment but I was alone in the appartment There was toilet paper and towels cutleries the kitchen was clean with two stoves ketyles table TV Value for money is excellent Recommend to everybody who needs comfort without being too fussy

We took my 2 labradors to the Glamour Pups Dog groomers in Wigan They where kind and professional they were very considerate of my male dog who is very boisterous when first meeting strangers The grooming was done to a very high standard and at a reasonable cost the only problem I came across was the parking I mentioned this to the staff and they informed me that the meat super market just over the road did not mind if you parked there to drop off and pick up I would recommend Glamour Pups Dog Grooming to anyone
