Late delivery and then missing items
I ordered some items from Gain the edge on the 18th November 4 grip socks and a sock sleeve Paid for the premium processing and the next day delivery and they ended up turning up on the 27th Opened them up to find that there was one of the grip socks missing I ve sent countless emails and get a response asking for a photo of what s arrived send the photo off and then have no response Quite happy to hide any contact details as it s easy enough to ignore emails I ve ordered from them before and they ve been quite good It s like the company has either gotten to big for itself and can t keep up I d avoid for a while

Impossible to get a response when
Impossible to get a response when anything goes wrong I made an order and they unfortunately delivered the wrong socks For two weeks now I have been trying to return these and exchange them for another pair They only have an email address that you can contact but despite sending 8 emails to this address I have received no reply If anybody from Gain the Edge is reading this my order number was 983561

This is a horrible horrible company
This is a horrible horrible company I ordered on November 13th and didn t receive my order yet They don t refund they don t help there is no customer service I ll never ever order again The ones that I ordered before got torn right away so quality is also bad

Appalling service
Placed an order early November with order time of 2-5 working days Chased after the 5 days had passed via email Was contacted by an advisor who took my details again then stopped responding Messaged via instagram as this is the only alternative and again after a few messages the assistant disappeared and stopped responding I don t care about errors or changes to lead times but I do care about being ignored Totally lost faith now and will be contacting Trading Standards

Shocking service
Shocking service still not received my goods keep emailing and not getting a response just keep getting automatic emails saying my order is delivered no tracking number Will have to raise a dispute through my bank

AVOID
Ordered 4 pairs of socks on 10th November but had to chase up as not received by 19th November Received a response asking to confirm my address which I did then nothing After 4 more emails I received an automated email to say my order had been dispatched but nothing from customer service to apologise for the error delay Received the order but only 3 pairs of socks after 4 more emails no response The worst customer service imaginable

Dreadful customer service missing parcel overcharged
Would not give any stars for the customer service Impossible to get a response from this company Last order in september charged postage although my order qualified free Still waiting for reply Now my lastest order says delivered but I havent received it Tracker online is non functional no reply to emails no reply on f b I am furious

Items never arrived
I ordered some socks grips about two weeks ago then after a couple of days I got dispatch notification but with no tracking link after a couple more days I then got an email to say they had been delivered They never arrived I emailed to ask what was going on and was ignored I then sent them 2 more emails also ignored I will be contacting Mastercard to arrange a chargeback unless you contact me in the next 24 hours

NO RESPONSE FROM 365 CUSTOMER SUPPORT DO THEY EXIST
I ordered 2 pairs of sock sleeves kids sizes a gift for a 12 year old The order defaulted to one size so I emailed GTE within 7 minutes of the order being placed and before despatch NO REPLY which is no surprise from reading the poor reviews on non-existent customer service Today had a message to say goods despatched - guess what - it s the one size There s no 365 customer support and kamil at gaintheedgeofficial com must be a very busy person as mentioned in many of the awful reviews about poor service from GTE
