4 months and still haven t gotten my order

I ordered a TheRussianBadger cup and a container of his drink and i ve been waiting for over 4 months to get it Last month i talked to support about getting a reorder and i still haven t gotten an update on if they even plan on shipping it out I just want my drink and cup man

Customer service experience

Customer service provided misinformation regarding item exchange on preorders and didnt tell me until after they received the item and proceeded to instantly refund it and then say I could not get the other item despite being told by them I could They then proceeded not provide any compensation for their mistake outside of keeping the item that was sent and refunding only that part of the order while I still had to pay to return it Be wary of this as this could happen to you as well don t expect them to be helpful even at the manager level

Scam order and horrid customer care

I ordered the ShyLily mousepad as a gift After ordering and waiting about a month I then emailed only to be informed that the mousepad was on backorder After a few months I emailed to check up on said backorder only to be told the backorder didn t even exist and a supposed glitch caused an oversell of the product at the time of my purchase so they couldn t offer to fulfill my order Then they refunded me instantly without confirmation and with less money than I was owed If I didn t reach out about my order it seems they were happy to just keep my money with no update Absolute horrible communication service and customer care I would not recommend Gamersupps to anyone

ordered a bundle got only of half of my order

ordered the muscle mommy six pack flavor bundle did not receive the jug that was a part of the bundle was told the jug was sold out at the time i placed my order even though some people who placed their order afterwards got one the listing should have been marked as sold out and not allowed new orders when they ran out of jugs as there was a separate listing for just the flavor itself I primarily bought the bundle for the cup itself support told me there was nothing they could do and didn t even offer a partial refund or discount code like they did to many others heck they didn t even offer a refund in exchange for the half of the bundle I did receive beware bundles as you might get scammed and be left with no options other than a chargeback customer support is wildly inconsistent and as a customer since 2021 with 20 orders its a disappointing situation to see with many people having this same issue with this drop

After 16 days the order has still not left the US even though I was quoted with 16 days as the maximum for delivery If I had known it basically ships using the slowest method available I would not have gone through the trouble Update I received a message from the post office asking me to pay a further 22 euro for customs tax and tariffs Nowhere on their website does it let you know you re going to end up paying more down the line just to receive the thing 0 5 stars for this whole bad experience
