I ordered 2 binders a few weeks before

I ordered 2 binders a few weeks before Christmas and never got them I contacted customer service and they just sent me this impersonal email basically blaming the post office I asked for a refund because I still don t have the binders and they haven t replied It s so frustrating I will never buy from them again and I definitely don t recommend them Their customer service is garbage and they re literally just stealing money from people

My experience with gc2b binders

I ordered my binder in June 2022 and didn t arrive until August 2022 I had to wait 2 whole months for it I wore it for about 2 - 3 months before it became uncomfy and some of the stitches on the strap started to come undone One of my friends who s ask trans masc ordered their gc2b binder way before me and we both agreed that the quality had greatly declined DO NOT waste your money here it s not worth it

2 months wrong size

Took TWO months it was returned back to them at some point by mistake for the binder to arrive and even then it was way too small to even put over my head probably two sizes too small even though I checked the sizing chart and everything Only redeeming quality was that the customer assistant was nice But even then They can t do refunds only exchanges I m not waiting another two months not worth wasting your money

terrible quality binders

the binders are in completely the wrong sizes there attitude towards customers is very unwelcoming the binders smell like burnt plastic then after a few washes smell like urine i gave up after 3 returns and am stuck with an oversized binder i wear around the house its already tearing after a few weeks of wear

Messed up my ribs

Gc2b was the only brand of binder I ve ever worn I was pretty good about binder rules Took breaks didn t go over 5 hours Didn t exorcize or sleep in them Only wore them a couple times a week The second I felt discomfort I stopped wearing them entirely Two days later began the start of an excruciating pain that would only get worse every day until it capped after two weeks and remained for over 6 months I didn t return to normal until a year had passed and even still I can t wear anything remotely restrictive including bras without the pain returning

No refunds even on medical needs

I ordered a binder from gc2b because they didn t list polyester on the website as fabric content It turns out that the binder does in fact have polyester in it It is listed on the label but not on the website I cannot wear polyester as it gives me contact dermatitis They also say they don t do refunds-only returns or exchanges but I can t wear anything they make so I actually need a refund

Would never recommend

Would never recommend terrible customer service Forces customers to pay for the return shipping Sizes are not true to size Makes exchanges impossible Material is cheap and thin Don t waste your money

They lost my package

They lost my package do not have a good customer service base and told me to file a claim despite not having a working link to do so or any contact information They took fifty dollars from me and then stopped responding after I said the link did not work

Crap customer service

Crap customer service they took a week to reply to my every mail and they didn t even reply at first had to approach them 3 times before someone replied And on top of that I eventually received the wrong item Also the company makes you pay for the return shipping Also the quality of their binders are so bad compared to what they used to be about 5 years ago they loosen up to be sports bras within a month

Tried two different binder and neither worked

I ordered a medium binder and received an extra small I had to insist over and over again to the company that I received the wrong size when they finally let me exchange the binder for a different one it didn t even bind properly
