Great service They set my comoany up in Dubai sorted my vidls and residents cards all in the space of a few weeks The entire process ran like clockwork with constant communication and updates when anything happened I also made a mistake on a document my fault and this was sorted out by Genzone talking to the Freezone Authority and straightening out my mistake Something that I know would have been a nightmare had I needed to do this on my own Their service also continues when you land in Dubai They arrnage my medical one or 2 days after I landed I was met by a lovely guy at the medical centre who dealt with the appointment and the biometrics for me It couldn t not have been easier This was a god send when I was already tired and a bit strung out from a long flight and the stress of moving Best money I ever spent and was worth every penny The cost versus the value is insane

I usually dont write reviews but this is one of the few times i have felt obligated to do one Everything was just perfect it felt like i had 24h support during the whole process Paperwork health check and bank setup went really smooth To be a honest in the beginning i thought that the google reviews might be fake it looked to good to be true but after going through their whole process i can with 100 certainty say that all the 5 star reviews are real I wish this company a lot of success and that they can continue giving this great service for future customers

I had a great experience setting up my company in Dubai with Genzone After my initial inquiry Kevin quickly got in touch and sent a PDF that explained all the steps and costs clearly The payment process is done in stages as you go which was reassuring since I didn t have to pay a large amount upfront Kevin added me to a group with his team who were all very helpful Anytime I had a question I d get a reply within a few minutes from either Kevin or someone from his team so communication was always fast and efficient The trade license visa and medical tests all went smoothly We did run into a small issue when opening one of my bank accounts but they had a backup plan ready so it got sorted quickly At no point did I feel unsupported during the process which is why I m more than happy to give them a 5-star rating
